James
You are the fire in my veins. You are the spark to my fire. Running from the hard truth, that you don’t need me the same way I need you. Thought that we were forever, babe. It’s all wrong but it all alright. Cause the world just in hates me, you’re the only one. I’m a hostage to the way that I think. I know this is my fault, I’m so ashamed. What is it going to take for me to get you back? So now I’ve got baggage. Don’t be surprised. Something is telling me this ain’t over yet. When you finally get the key, they changed the lock on the door. The stars are on your side. Feels like I’m nothing, won’t you save me. A thousand miles away from you, a broken mess. I thought I heard the door open, but I only heard it close. I hope you’ll hear me in the street lights humming. But can you hear me say, don’t throw me away? All of these feelings that I’ve shared, these are my dreams. And I can’t read your mind, I love you when you’re mine; can we make up? Why did you have to be perfect? I opt to find my alien fiancé. So don’t let me bleed out here alone.
