This Little Blue Book
~This Little Blue Book~ I Ran across a little blue book…. It contains a history of past love’s I knew, also that of future possibilities that I never knew was there. It lays here in front of me. I swore I’d give it up. But as I slowly let it go my heart dies with a sudden touch. I reminisce on how it changed my life. For the Better and the worst How did I ever describe my life? To that the answer still remains unknown. But now its time to let it go. Can’t keep on holding on. Baby steps I’m taken one, two, three, I’m done. Contemplating on it all, different kinds of relationships Usually I self destruct all of them, for fear of hurting at the end. Precious memories turned to pain; the hearts were shattered like the rain. This was the game my booked played, because karma was its Father. Before my book was conceived, the heart was taken for granted. It was played too many times; eventually it caught up with the games of Lies, embarrassment, danger, and then some fatal laughter. Now I must close this book and never let it unfold Tossing it away so it could not be found and told. With that said: I start a new chapter and a different story to be told. Goodbye to the Little Blue Book that had me at hello
