Water In the Well
You never miss the water till the well runs dry, when it does, you just want to sit down and cry. We take things for granite in this world you see, like the water in the well's, that's there for you and me. Maybe a loved one, In which we seem to never have time, change this before your a part in my rhyme. You see, until after my Mom passed away, I didn't realize it was Her, my bestest friend until that day. Now it's to late - I was always to busy, with Plans and kid's- you see, now there is no water in that well, for me. We have many different wells from which we draw to drink, Before our Wells go dry- it's Best to be appreciative don't you think? Treating them to the utmost in our Life, and letting them know, How grateful you are by spending more time with them and together grow.. Let the water in your well be the water of life you see, giving life to those who comes to draw a drink from you and me.
