Blender - put everything in the blender **except the oil** pulse blender * second to 20* second (or use a potato masher or a fork on fruit - cut it up by hand or cleaned scissors) 2.) pour in - 2.5 quart saucepan - *Time* 20 mins. TO 40 mins. Add - extra virgin olive oil (nob on #1 heat low - i use # 2 heat and checked every 5 mins) (or use what pan* you got) 3.) let cool 20 mins (or 30 mins) (some use ice water in bowl - put pan -YouTube-it) 4.) put in container (Freezer-Safe Plastic Containers) 5.) mix every 30 mins - with fork* or spoon* did not do this - was okay eat ..........
