Exercise is in the past now, I'm winded walking to the door. The days of all day adventures, well those days, they are no more. Getting old is just the pits in, oh so many ways and nothing new is happening in my current day to days. I have to plan two days ahead just to get the shopping done. With no more little side trips that used to be such fun. I'm in a rut , I know it , but I have no motivation. I'm much too tired these days to even go on a vacation. "I need a rest" is my favourite phrase. I say it all the time. But I admit , I'm no longer fit. No longer in my prime. So this thing aches and that thing's sore. It's the way life is today.
