There are some things that we learn to love, and others that we are born to love, because doing so was already written and sealed into our DNA. Although not her maiden name, Angelica married Paul Flowers and proudly wore his last name. It appears that her DNA was possessed with the need for flowers, and I as a young teen was mandated to assist her in caring for them. I cannot say that I learned anything of consequence about flowers, but a most lasting beneficence was what I learned from Mrs. Flowers.
