Wonders of Technology
Tried to change my reservations. Went to my trusty computer, Typed in the "peterpanbus.com” Looked for how to make the change. Found two pages of instructions None of which seemed helpful! Tried to download the “app”, but It didn’t want to download, so I tried Calling them on the telephone. No human answered my call, but A robot told me to download the app! Tried again without any success. Found a place which told me to Enter a written request via email. Filled out the form they supplied. The reply I got was (you guessed it) Go to the computer; download the app, Or call them on the telephone. (Refer to lines ten and eleven), Or go to the business office in person. (They are 1,700 miles from me). Looked up the phone lines again And noted they are open until 2 PM It was 1:05, and I got the robot again. Today is Friday, phone lines not “open” Again until Monday, so I have to wait To try once again to make the change. Then what?
