The silence you keep inside of you will forever grow Pain is not like dreams that come and go If you don’t break the silence, no one will know The scar on your left cheek, when he threw you with a glass The forehead with a porcelain vase For the sake of your children you had to be strong Always taking the blame when he is in the wrong You have a thousand reasons to run away Yet you don’t have the courage and prefer to stay Too scared of not making ends meet?
