The Dilemma of Two Minds
The Dilemma of Two Minds One Flesh, One Spirit I’m tired, beaten down, worn My allegiance is torn I feel pain and sadness No room for gladness My thoughts are with the ever Insurmountable problem of lack When I focus on that I succumb to His attack And then I breathe Give me one moment to find your peace To know my torment you will ease To take capture every thought And know your word must be sought On the power of the scriptures I will stand With the realization that I battle no man Satan seeks to see who he can destroy But oh Father I will not let him capture my joy My mind will be set on things above And how to show your people love Minds are not born again So with the daily battle I must contend If I do not control my thoughts Satan will win
