A Cold Calling...
have you ever watched your footprints gradually disappear in the snow that's coming down like a frozen tear sometimes I lose my way in the path that I walk down and I try not to look back at my footprints on the ground love sometimes fades like those prints in the snow that's falling and you just want to run away but it just keeps on calling calling you to stay I know you've seen a light that gets hazy in the snow that looks like it has gone out but we both know its still a glow well I know that a lovers light sometimes weakens to a spark but in a lovers bedroom lights flicker even in the dark and love grows dim in those flakes that are falling and you just want to hide away but it just keeps on calling calling you to stay have you seen a house crying as you slowly walk past from is icicle eyelashes we both knew would never last well I know that I have seen this happen a time or two I always try not to cry with it each time that I do sometimes love is like that those tears falling and you want it to just go away but it just keeps on calling calling you to stay
