Puh-Leez!
Puh-leez! Don't try that with me. You forget how well I know you. Ya see, I spent three, Yes, three, Entire years learning you, Because I thought that's what I should do Considering I was prepared to spend my life with you. Don't even try it. Like I can't spy that fake ish In the words you're desperately trying to convince Me to believe, Or maybe you're trying to convince yourself. Either way, It's a waste of time. I can see that you're not happy, And despite myself, I couldn't be more pleased! You'll get no sympathy from me. Puh-leez! You actually thought I'd feel bad? Or some emotion resembling sad? For you?! HA! That's a good one. Why should I feel bad for you? This is exactly what you put me through, And, finally, it's coming back around, And to think all you thought you found. Wow! It's like deja-vu, Only, this time, it's not me crying over you. You're crying. I'm trying, Practically dying, To hold this laughter. So much for your happily ever after!
