The Thing About Love
Some folks just enjoy hurting someone But love is above all, If not for love It gives them Joy... They can play with you and pray for you, but they won't assist you They know what you want but choose to suffer your emotions By playing with your feelings Not as though they are bad people They just want you to be intoxicated in love before they can respond I think it's a trick in their hands Well, that's just the thing about love They can even leave you without saying goodbye Because it doesn't matter to them. They would return back at will Hoping to meet you still waiting for them, patiently in love They do so because they know that you love them And can wait for them for eternity In their hearts they truly love you But just waiting for the right time to affirm so.
