Before the Locks
Deep in the lands where friend fought foe, and spoilt queens reached all new low. Who'd take the bounty of a heart, or curse a kingdom for a start. Their was one sly, little devil, corrupt beyond all young girl's level. The one thing no one ever knew, was how she ever became so crude. The tale all starts with the demise, of a certain villain's evil side. She'd whip up any terrier or poodle, make coats, cocktails and doggie-strudels. But whilst on her last escapade, she made a fatal villain facade. Hooked up with thief Robin Hood, hormones raging like a flood. Nine months later was living hell, when alone in dusky prison cell. She gave birth to golden, little child, so fair of skin, so meek and mild. Three years they spent in high-court jails, three years of countless jail break fails. Till Goldie took her bobby pin, and committed her first mortal sin. So forth her mum changed her name, to Goldilocks, for her lockpicking fame. Saw every jail in the southern state, loose every doe-eyed prison inmate. Soon Goldilocks and mum took root, in the golden city of Beirut. And there Cruella turned a corner, however Goldilocks did the former. The girl was as spoilt as she decided, robbing banks with others like minded. Cruella tried her local AA, but killing dogs was hardly child's play. You see Cruella liked the taste, of gin, caviar, spearmint toothpaste. And despite her hard-work, all cold turkey, her parental life was rather murky. Sadly Cruella could never be, the firm guidance Goldie did need. For Cruella only cared for one thing, herself, some money, a diamond ring. For all these robberies, heists and theft, meant nothing much of value was left. So then came Goldie's most disgraceful stint, A far cry from the royal mint. Stealing porridge, breaking chairs, wearing the latest disco flares. All written in a children's book, No morals gets you off the hook. Little did we know the fate, of young Goldilocks till late. You see the manner of her way, was changed that same, very day. When she did take her breakfast from, a young British bear called Tom. He took her in as his very own, such great love is rarely shown. And Mummy Bear grew fond too, nursed her when she had the flu. Then taught them both how to cook, marmalade on and off the book. And just to leave no stone unturned, you wonder what Cruella learned. She finally found her sweet soulmate, Whilst working hard in real estate. Don't just return bad with bad, an eye for an eye is ever so sad.
