Once Again
Let the wind carry me away again Maybe this time over the edge I'm sorry, I'm sorry Keep it to yourself I don't want to hear it Not this time, never again Your time is not spent well with me If it is at all This I cannot tell at times So I can't be sure But I'll take a risk If a question is asked It takes years for it to be answered Then who knows still if it is the truth It is just believed to be It may take a minute for things to settle But that doesn't mean it won't start again The truth sometimes told But always considered a lie But I can't help it Everybody has something to hide I know you do Because every time I look at you Something changes inside It's okay sometimes to not want Even to not need But it is confusing to tell the difference Between people like you and things like me But it usually works out in the end Other times you just have to start over Straight from the beginning again Written August 7, 2006
