Something Like a Kiss
A pain I felt once ruled me had all but proven to me that, what you were saying, was not true. I had given up on love, given you my best. It was painful and my life was left a mess. Remembering what you said that day the way you made me feel hit me like, a virus exploding off your lips. It was something Like a Kiss. The thought of me not holding you or letting myself go from you Hurt me more than I was ready to admit your sweet love & tenderness, soft touch & gentleness. Plagued my mind with memories of affection I just, could not forget. I thought I would be fine, if I could keep you off my mind & out of my life. True love, was not meant to be, together we just couldn't see, things between us just weren't right. The way you once cared for me the love we once shared you see, came drooling like a virus from your mouth. It fell spiraling endlessly, dripping from your lips on to the ground. Remembering what you said that day, the way you made me feel. It was something like a kiss .
