I Can'T Breathe - Black Martrys
Earth is sad Flesh is sand Shadow is black My skin is dark. Black man down White man's town Tweets and Hashtags Protests and Blackcards, But the system is Prejudiced Jury men in white ridged caps and black cape cloaks- take sides with the pale folks. I can't breathe; No, I can't breathe- Faint whispers of freedom cries Because, Czarian chiefs grip my throat like ties Professing Caucasian supremacy over Zulu tribes Painting false decrees on the canvas of ecclesiastical tiles. I can't breathe; No, I can't breathe- Passed on to brutal Marshals in uniforms Whippings of batons and golf clubs- weepings from stabs that felt like unicorns, Cell bound cus they broke the knobs- Where silver bracelets and orange suits is the new fashion. How you expect me to breathe? When white sheriffs are on the throats of Negroes Treyvon Martin, Yassin, George, all fallen Heroes. How you expect me to breathe? When you GEORGE me by the color of my skin- and mock me on the pictures of big screens. How you expect me to breathe? When you call me racist- Cus my black thoughts are on white sheets. How you expect me to breathe? When you manipulated theories that I came from the apes- and traded me as SLAVES to raise the stakes. Wakanda against the Euro coasts. My sovereignty lies in the hands of political swines, Democrips and Rebloodicans Freemasons and Technocrats Undergods and the mainstream giants. Blacks and whites There's a need for us to unite Like black boards and white chalks. But I'm the one you keep writing on But I'm the one you keep riding on.
