How Could This Be
how could this be what a tragedy to happen to this great country how could this be how could this happen to you and me how could this happen for all to see how could all we have is now in the pass how could all the things we see are now just a memory how could we stand with nothing left in our hands how could we leave the things we love how could we live from day to day how could we face what lies ahead we all know that we are strong we all know that we must go on we all know that we are one we all know that in time we can rebuild New Orleans I dedicate this poem to all the victims in New Orleans let's pray that they can get pass this and survive let's pray that they can rebuild New Orleans to be bigger and better than it was before.
