You Tossed Me About
You tossed me about, You smiled in motion as I broke in pierces, Did you see what you had? As you swayed me powerlessly unto the prisons of your heart, You poisoned my heart with your trickery, Something that looked like love, Did you hear my words, did you hear me fumble? You killed me with your kindness, Changed your eyes and changed my heart, Did you see yourself, did you see all of you? You watched me slowly, Because you knew when I was to fall, Could you catch me? Could I free fall with nobody to catch me? But you stood before me as close as my skin could breathe your soul, You smiled in deceit before my downfall, Could your teeth hide behind your precious lips, Could your sinewses hold their edges from smiling at my weakness, You rejoiced from within over my tears, Once your thumb wiped them in a rainbow shape, You frowned with sentimental disguise at the drop of my tears, Why, you embraced me as toddler, And I never felt the beating of your heart, Unusual for a sentimental embrace, But you knew the bridle of my heart was at the rest of your control, Did you see yourself, did you see yourself when I was an Ireland to your heart, Your hands are more skillful than the one who deceived you, Oh woman, At last of my cry, you took out your best sword from within, Did you see yourself, did you see yourself when it came off through your mouth, You stabbed me three(3) times at the labyrinth of my heart, Because you knew that the one(1) chamber of my heart where you planted yourself, could never die.
