Addicted To the Process
I think to myself what can I do To be a better me by the time I go to sleep Trying to become the best version of myself I can be and I bet if I try my hardest Still wouldn't be content I'd attempt to address my biggest weakness Maybe I'm just addicted to the process Regardless of how it all ends To me progression is endless never finishd, no Finish Line in my field of sight Only distance to cover The position I'm in is only temporary Assistance isn't necessary Because my solo missions are legendary Just like my persistence Even if the conditions horrendous The journey continues I'll never let these variables take a toll on me If the road I'm walking is suddenly stopping Because of burned Bridges I'll hop in the river & Swim across it, I'm always quick to consider my options Because being a quitter's never something I pondered Long enough to be permeating my mental state I'll terminate negative thoughts like that Before they ever enter my brain All of that weakness gets asta lavista'd Like Arnold Schwarzeneg I think to myself what can I do To be a better me by the time I go to sleep Trying to become the best version of myself I can be and I bet if I try my hardest Still wouldn't be content I'd attempt to address my biggest weakness Maybe I'm just addicted to the process Regardless of how it all ends
