So You Are Mad
I can’t believe you are mad at me, I’ve done nothing wrong that I can see, Maybe it’s something that I’ve said, Or perhaps something you have read. Anger is a hot blooded beast, That can ruin a man to say the least, I don't understand why you are so hot, I haven’t done anything that I forgot. Just because I’ve wrecked your car, And got you into a brawl at the bar, And didn’t repay a chunk of your money, Then stole a kiss from your honey, Then you came home and found, That I accidently burned your house to the ground, Yes, I criticize everything that you do, And told people bad things about you, You are looking for me with blood in your eyes, I think I am starting to realize, You are a big man twice my size, And I had better find a good disguise. All of this doesn’t seem like a big deal, So why all of this anger you feel? But I forgive all you’ve done wrong, After all I've been your best friend for so long.
