Living With a Ghost
She's still awake beside him sleeping, he calls out her name Tentions are growing thicker, nothing will be the same Thoughts are always with her, it's to her he'll forever roam Within his dreams upon meeting her, he feels right at home He awakens with her name upon his lips but cannot scream or shout She pretends to be sleeping and wonders what the commotion is all about Does her true loves love reside within the walls of their house Does it only reside within realms of his dreams, kept quiet as a mouse His restlessness is unsettling yet her love for him she can't restrain As he longs for another, she secretly wishes to break these chains Invisible to the eye, she cannot fight a ghost His past love haunts them both, she wishes to kill the host Upon their deaths will they re-unite beyond the grave? Will he be re-united with his beloved in his dreams his sub-conscience still does crave?
