Ottava Rima Poetry Contest

To enter my contest and win a copy of one of my books, you need to submit a new poem on any theme, but it must be an Ottava Rima.

Ottava Rima
The Ottava Rima is a unique and captivating form of poetry composed of eight eleven-syllable lines with an a-b-a-b-a-b-c-c rhyme scheme. It was developed by Tuscan poets in the late thirteenth and early fourteenth centuries,

Rules:
1) Do Not Put Your Name Or Any Information On Your Poem Page!
2) True rhymes only, no near rhymes
3) Be True To The Form you choose
4) Only submit poems relative to this contest; all others won't be read.
5) Must be a new poem as of May 15, 2024.
