Dawn's chorus
flickering fire of life
burning endless embers
song birds sing at the coming of light
Perched peaceful
in heights loving gaze
high above
orange pastel flows from the distant range
Spiritual chants
spill in loving song
birth the new day
as the subtle breeze tumbles on
