Blueberry Skies

Her silhouette is draped in soft moonlight While an unseen sorrow cloaks her eyes With traces of a light lavender mist Hidden under dark blueberry skies She's oblivious to the lightning's dance Deaf to the sound of distant thunder As this cold blueberry sky bears witness To another heart torn asunder
