a few questions

Hello, I'm new was wondering about a few things.
does poetrysoup rate poems or do members? if members how can I rate someones poem. What is the rating scale?
is there a way to see the ratings of other peoples poems?
what are community points? how do i get them and how do i use them?
is there anyway to read poems in contests before the deadline?
