It is available to all members. All you need to do is: from the forum home, click on the High Critique area. When you do all the topics will pop up, along with numbers along the top of the page. At the end of the numbers is a blue "new topic" icon. Press that and it takes you to an area to post your poem for critique. Let me know if you are still having trouble.
