Hello all, I am new to the site and have been writing/experimenting with poetry/lyrics for probably 26 years. I'll be 42. Most all of my writings are rhymes, I know most don't consider that anything great, but I prefer to keep it simple and to the point. I have an idea for a childrens book series and write when it comes to me. It always seems that most of my ideas come either at bed time or when I first wake up. Sometimes they come in droves, 10-15 ideas a day, but sometimes I can go months without a good idea. Hearing a phrase usually inspires me or unfortunately heartache. I'm still learning the site, so please excuse my mistakes. Thanks
