Contest Description
"Unrest of spirit is a mark of life - Karl Meninger
Often do we unrest, but putting a name to that feeling makes us accept it. I invite your positive poems about the resolving of unrest.
What to Submit:
1. One original NEW poem on the theme of unrest and its resolving in TWO
stanzas, each of FOUR lines.
2. The first stanza should be about the feeling of unrest and the second stanza
should be about changing the unrest to a feeling of calm.
3. Rhyme is the form I am asking for.
4. Please put the date, the name of sponsor and the complete title of the
contest, "Unrest of Spirit", beneath your poem.

English Language
Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
