Contest Description
Scare Me!
Write an original scary poem for Halloween! It can be any form but it must be exactly 13 lines, with 13 syllables per line! I'm not going to be a stickler for the syllable count, I will place you even if you have 12 syllables or 14 syllables for a line or two, just please try to keep it at 13 though, it's more fun that way! But I will not place you if you have more or less than 13 lines! Write the name of the contest at the bottom of your poem, and add the date! That's it! So this does limit the number of forms available, so no Sonnets, or Villanelles, or Terzanells, etc. But be creative in your work. Frighten me, write something so dark and scary that you frighten everyone! Good Luck!
Oh I opened this for 169 poems...13 X 13, BwaHaHaHaHaaaa!
