Any form is acceptable. 8 lines minimum to 30 lines maximum.

Preparing Your Entry
Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read — pictures, illustrations or fancy fonts are allowed. Please, no names, initials, or marking of any kind except for the following on the bottom of the page, name of the contest, the date of your poem, and the sponsors name.
English Language
Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
