Contest Description
What to Submit?
1. One new rhyming poem - Theme; your favorite flower.
2. Try to use exact rhymes if you can, please use rhyme zone to check.
3. Eight lines only!!
4. Title, please name the flower you are writing about in your title. ( example: Rose petals )
5. Looking for beautiful poems.
6. Any type of rhyme is acceptable.
7. Date your poems, poems written before 8/23/22 will not be accepted.
8. You can add a quote or photos but remember I am not able to see any photos when judging, this is optional and not a requirement.
Prizes
There will be multiple placements, please follow 1-8 for placement consideration.
Preparing Your Entry
Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read — no illustrations or fancy fonts.
English Language
Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
A Note to Poetry Contestants
You are welcome to enter this contest, whether or not you won a prize in one of my previous contests.
