Changing profile Picture

I am still having an issue with trying to change my profile pic on here. Not sure what the issue is since I have changed it many times in the past. So frustrating! Is anyone else having this issue?

Tania, question, do your crop your picture to fit in that small square? You probably do so I guess its a silly question but I was having trouble with my image for my poetry, I was getting green grass, green trees but no cat statue , so I had to try to center the cat in the center and click on crop and save ~ love and serenity _Constance

I have the same problem. It looks right, but when I post, it's just a corner of my face...ugh!

Tania, so sorry this is happening to you, I have no issue changing my profile pic, or any pictures, hope you can get this figured out. What does TPS say about your problem ~ love and serenity _Constance

I sure wish i could help you, Tania. I normally let things stay up a long long time rather than deal with it. Do you have any whiz kids to help you? I normally end up asking my students for help with these things!!

Can you try uploading to your "My Biography " from your computer, then copy the address from it and pasting on your profile for your avatar. That is how I am able to place them on some of my poems and permanently stay. It is worth a try....
