I won't bore you with minutiea--my results are simply what I thought worthy of what I thought was worthy....yes, the complexity of significant whatever's...My rankings speak for themselves except for #10 which I shouldn't have placed because it broke the centering rule but would have placed it somewhere near the top had it not (it was the mindset I was looking for). Someone taunted me and that never goes too well...Bravo to the honored and no dishonor to others - it is so much a subjective judgement - many more worthy than I !

Hello Craig. Just want to say thank you for the contest you set. I had never heard of Kintsugi until I saw the theme and the challenge encouraged me to think outside the box. It's sad that you were taunted. It was a very interesting challenge. And people do well to remember to look at the part that says comments are to be encouraging. Taunting is total opposite. I hope the person has not discouraged you and I'm looking forward to seeing your future contests. All the best.

Thanks for your effort Natasha & I must give credit to someone who was the inspiration for the theme - Roy Jerden, who hasn't been around for a few years but used this theme back then - so thanks Roy, where ever you are.

Hope you didn't think I taunted you cos I changed my entry - I liked the theme very much and thus was inspired to write two different takes - the former being the more conventional approach to Kintsugi but the second was more about how I feel about it as art...thanks for the inspiration :)

Nope, it wasn't you Susan & I wouldn't even know if you changed it anyway--BTW, I just looked & yours was among my better ones--sorry! Just so everyone knows, since you brought it up someone submitted a poem that was around 30 lines and added (in so many words) that they weren't going to follow my stupid rules. There's a difference between purposeful and accidental. Hugs Susan.
