Hi Everyone

Well today I just want you all to remember to treasure your life, your existence - appreciate every day in this crazy world and on this earth. 

Just 8 weeks ago I had a total Hip replacement after years of pain 24/7 not knowing what was wrong. Today, now I appreciate every moment I have, I love that I am now on the road to a life that I almost don't remember.

Just to walk each day full stop and without a walking aide, to be able to move freely, to regain the ability to put my own sock on my foot. To not have to rely on people and now to give myself 100% to life. Every day is such a great thing for me right now - it's the smallest things that matter and this journey has made me appreciate my body and the opportunities more than ever before. 

Yesterday my first day on the treadmill - it's a slow walk, but I know that in just another few weeks I will be just like anybody else. Learning to walk again and re-activate muscles that for years have not fully functioned is soooo difficult, but it's very rewarding to know that everyday is a new day full of new things that I can do.....

In addition writing poetry has helped me get my emotions out - this has been my addiction, but also my only saviour when no answers came.

Love to PS community - Just had to share - because I am high on life right now

Now I have constant back/shoulder problems but I keep hanging onto the hope that one day I will have the insurance that will enable me to find a doctor to help me and when I have a good day, I am on TOP of the world.
