no soupmail possible with some poets...why?

Can anyone tell me why some poets have no soup mail connection?

the little teacup/coffee cup is missing from some poets' pages......is it a weakness in soup system or have these poets just opted out of soupmail?

I thought you had to be a premium meber too? maybe not..just leave them a message as a comment & maybe they can soup mail you?

Hi Sidney I think it is a choice thing, if they want to receive it or not, and the other thing is they may not know that they can choose it, I did't know and PS opened it up or me ..xx
