How you would react to ‘Beauty leads to Love and Love leads to Peace’. Here is an interesting topic for those who want to participate in this fun and philosophical discussion. I have placed a Poem “Beauty Love and Peace” and feel that these three important words are like the foundation stone of Poetry. However, each of us may have their own concept about Beauty, Love and Peace. Even some of us may find that sometimes, it become the cause of hatred also. Your views are welcome...

Everyone would agree with you without any doubt that "Nothing is so beautiful, as the heart of a peacemaker" you are again very right that " they were either loved, revered, by some, or hated by those who cannot find the true sense of love, forgiveness, kindness and tolerance.." There are many such wonderful examples, but that stage can only come, when we use Beauty and Love or Love and Beauty to achieve that stage, where dwells the real peace of mind and soul....Ravindra

You are right when you say "Beauty is all around us, thanks to nature, and it's a constant reminder that God loves us enough to grant us a planet filled with beauty. Wouldn't it be a better world if we could all find peace not only within ourselves, but among countries as well". I think all of us search only that beauty or love which are inter related and interdependent. Without beauty (inner or outer) love cannot attain to its height and without love beauty can never reach the stage of inner beauty. ..Ravindra

Nothing is so beautiful, as the heart of a peacemaker. We have had such great examples of peacemakers throughout history, and yet, they were either loved, revered, by some, or hated by those who cannot find the true sense of love, forgiveness, kindness and tolerence....as a world, we still have much to learn, and much to change. The poem you wrote is very insightful, Ravindra. I don't think we can ever find peace unless we have learned to love. Beauty is all around us, thanks to nature, and it's a constant reminder that God loves us enough to grant us a planet filled with beauty. You are right David that 'beauty is mostly in the eye of either oneself or to another' but Joann is also right when she says “Inner beauty that which comes from peace, is not always instantly observable." and this inner beauty is the result of love which leads to peace of mind and soul. It is only then that the inner beauty starts showing its appearance in almost every act of that person. Ravindra

Inner beauty, that which comes from peace, is not always instanly observable. One must look for that beauty and when one finds it, love, or friendship, grows much faster.

Thanks Catie. You are right often it is so overwhelming and spontaneous that one gets charmed and often cannot resist to it, but the beauty which leads to love and then to peace get sustained only when it is more a quality of mind and heart instead of physical appearance only. Ravindra

I agree with you that beauty leads to love and love can lead to peace but, logic and the human condition, doesn't necessarily guarantee it. When you try to possess either they will fade and die, they both flourish in when free.
