PS: It's Still Poetry

Well Soupers, PoetrySoup has produced its second anthology. For those who submitted poems for consideration, we want to thank you for the wonderful submissions. We wish we could have included all of your works.

This anthology, PS: It's Still Poetry, is a much larger volume than the first publication. We received thousands of poems for consideration. In fact, we were a bit overwhelmed by the submissions. There are over 42,000 poet members of PoetrySoup. Approximately 4600 poets are regularly active on PoetrySoup. Of these 4600 poets, only about 11% were selected for inclusion in this anthology.

We believe this anthology is even better than the first. We are privileged to promote the works of PoetrySoup members across the world. Thank you, Soupers.

PoetrySoup Team, Arczis Web Technologies, Inc., you have complex and lengthy hours to complete this compilation project. I am very grateful and honored sincerely for including all three submissions of my poetry. It's indeed a great pleasure; to be included in this second Anthology. To the other fantastic poets: A big congratulations to each of you in your endeavors. Again, I am excited about Volume 2, and I, too, plan to buy several copies to give to my family members. In closing, though they may not see this, thanks to the Amazon team for the hard work they put into the project and your efforts to complete such a big task in this; thank you all. Best of Wishes, William

As I ordered three of the first Anthology. I decided match that again for this newest Soup compilation.....

Eleven days now and I have not received my order of three copies! Amazon shows -"delayed" but gives me no further information. I think that an 11 day delay is a bit much and I would love to know what gives??!

I am humbled and honored that you think so highly of my poems. It was a dream come true for my poems to be included in the 1st PS Anthology last year and now this amazing blessing being bestowed upon me again. A very beautiful creation by the P.S team. Seems to be heavy (in weight and richness of matter). As far as I feel, it's a treasure. This has thoughts and feelings of almost the whole world. I thank the team for adding me too in it. I pray to God that this volume achieve its purpose of universal love and brotherhood.

I was really very worried about the selection of poems for this second anthology. But, I'm really happy with how the team handled the whole process. Sending regular emails to the Soupers to keep us informed little by little of the progress is much better than certain magazines.700 pages while the first anthology was only 400.I find it really incredible that the team wanted to put as many good pieces as possible for the fidelity of the Soupers.I had already bought the first edition, but this second looks much better! It's a great project that the team to lead and I'm happy to be one of the contributors to the book. Many thanks for all the work you have done.I know there has been a lot of work!
