for every human being

I have done yoga for the past 10 years, at one time I even taught it a bit, but I am NO specialist on this there is an endless amount to learn, it is a wonderful practice!

Thanks Debbie for all your appreciations of Yoga. The best thing about Yoga is that it gives you strength from within & you become more strong and confident to face the problems of life. I am trying to point out some of the easiest postures in the first phase & there is no need to learn all the postures. A combination of few good Asanas can make any one’s life more lifelike.
