Closing

Yellow walls
Wooden floors
Soft music plays
An opening door
People chatter
It’s a peaceful murmur
Slowly they get up and leave
It begins to quiet
Soon no one remains
I’m the only one left
I take it all in
One last time
Then i pack my bag
My chair squeaks as i move
Scraping the wooden floors
Standing up
I breath the last scent of coffee
i walk out the door
Goodbye memories
