A Kittens Forgiveness
Oh Lord forgive the dogs
They really meant no harm
We were playing in the kitchen
Like we were on a farm
The dogs they got a little rough
And soon we were no more
4 little kittens so full of fun
Were now lying on the floor
The boys came in the kitchen
They gave a cry of dispair
They picked us up and brought
Us in and layed us on the chair
4 little kittens our lives
were cut so short
The dogs they didnt mean it
They were playing and we got caught
We are now up in heaven
Sitting on Grampies lap
He'll look after us
But first he needs a nap
So dry your eyes and blow your nose
There is no need to cry
Cause we are looking down on you boys
So high up in the skies......
