You are the sound of waves beating against my heart,
rising of the sun,pouring of rain,
the brightness from every falling star,
the healer who freed me from my deepest pain,
this and more,oh yes you are,
the rays of hope light up my soul,cooling waters that sooth my thirst,
loving hands that hold me close,make me feel i might burst,
with love and laughter only you,
yes unto me tis all you do.

Pretty little Angels of mine,i am gonna love you forever,
to catch the sundrenched smile on sidewalks and in Church,
above the eastern sky where only Angels perch,
capturing soft breezes flowing across your face,
holding you while you are sleeping,nothing can take your place,
in dreamland you are flying beyond the end of time,
with loving tears i am crying,pretty little Angels of mine.

Sitting on a Park Bench i saw a man alone,
i could not help but notice ,i am sure he had no home,
with tattered cloths and shoes that did not fit,
saying to myself come on get a grip,
you can not help them all,as i turned to leave,
the old man looked at me and said if you would just believe,
that one hand helps another,but you will never know,
how much this means to me,if you decide to go,
his eyes were like no others,and as he touched my hand,
a brightness shined before me,this was a holy man,
with tears and much conviction,i turned to walk away,
my life was changed forever,because i heard him say,
i need no help from you,but there is much to gain,
if you can give a little,to ease anothers pain,
there was no greater joy that day,and how i learned for me,
if i will take the time,to help someone in need.

Cotton candy love full of melting pleasures soon are gone away,
like warm rain ,the smell of Lavender,sweet tast of ice cream,
laughter from children on a perfect day,
tiny eyes squinting from the morning sun,
aroma from a fresh baked apple pie,knowing it is done,
snowflakes falling on a wintery day,
sun coming out,melted all away,
first words spoken,laughter filled with tears,
time came and went,it is our golden years.
