Judgement
Jade and jasper he’d give –
just let his daughter live!
Jephthah, now cursed, once blest,
jauntily claimed in jest,
jabbing thumb to proud chest,
“Justice? Lord, do Thy worst!”
Judith left the house first....

While Speaking In Tongues
jet black raven
ruby red
marble eyes
with
speckles of
jasper green
and
cadet blue
plumage
perched
on
top of
a sycamore tree
near
the
ghost grave
while
speaking in tongues
along
the
wicked way...

Kenya’s Goddess came in hard and fast
With wind that ruffled the grasses of the savannas
The trees felt her presence and cringed
Wondering if she would uproot them
She is all powerful they warned the animals
The lions stayed to watch, but the meerkats hid...

Premium Member Ode To the Hollyhock
The alcea or hollyhock
Waltzers by with a schmaltzy walk
Jasper color facets her stock
Cashet and lock , cashet and lock

Balkers do not alcea breathe,
Masher gives her a sweet reprieve
Upside down petticoats believe
She’s wild and free, she’s wild and free...

Bingo
Jasper Johns saw the number eight,
And he was illuminated,
Then he started to speculate:
A lonely number should be mated,
I need something with more weight,
And the obvious he deliberated:
Paint with numbers my good man,
I’ll draw them from the colours in my can!...

In Sessions With Jasper - Part 1
Back where it all started this life
There were a lot of bright colours
Deciding to take our time upon this
Poe; to do a Michelangelo: jasper's muse
As I'm going a bit too fast ? We'll turn it into a love fest....
Breaking away from vertigoville; mania valley's terse twister, thrills....

Viva La Imagism Cubed
The red kings,
And the black kings,
And the kings of garnet and jasper,
Lie silently behind plexiglass
While the population
Is petrified.
Yet the red kings,
And the black kings,
And the kings of garnet-jasper,
Are only strange marionette kings
That the population themselves
Have created....

The taste of the jasper petals
Laid a breast the landscape
Sweet vapor mist gently kiss
a forest surround sound
the rocks side like metals
Trees dancing in the wind scape
Flowers smells grips the air filled bliss

Jaspers are a gifted lot; they mimic many things. From poppies to a leopard’s spots, their pictures really sing. It weighs much less than many stones; in it you’ll see colored fissures, holding abstract stories, all homegrown; such lovely artsy mixtures.

Spellbound
With Jasper eyes and crimson lips
Her heart as a receptive stone
Soothing, calming and magnetic
With wisdom direct from mysticism

Her tongue vibrates my soul with sound
Teasing and tickling my heart with love
With Long black moonstone hair
Mesmerizing eyes with just a look

Spellbound I have become

Premium Member absurdity is not whimsy
Jasper uses the words absurd and whimsy as if they are synonyms
They are not the same to me, I say to him.
Silliness, craziness and idiocy is not whimsy.
Whimsy is imagination, playing, having fun, laughing, loving.
Jasper begins to whisper about me.
I have dog ears, and I do not like what he says.
So, I whimsically bite him....

Most High
Take your glorious beauty,

your handsome
perfect body.
Take your precious stones:
Your sardius, topaz, and diamond,
your beryl, onyx, and jasper,
your sapphire, turquoise, and emerald full of gold.
Take it all!

Don’t be so vainglorious

as you kiss yourself
like a drooling whore.
God loves his son
who is
not you....

Jasper
You are more than just a kitten to me.
You are a member of my family.

Today I know you were not you,
What was wrong I had no clue!

I made a rush to the vet.
For I was not ready to let you go yet.

I let you lay upon my chest,
For that was your favorite place to rest.

The vet said the we were too late,
So now Jasper you are at Heavens gate....

White sand cascades in a wee washed-up jelly jar.
Shiny on its side, stepwise tumbling as a child turns it.
Boy’s curious mind reveals a tiger’s eye, rhodonite,
Snowflake obsidian, red jasper and quartz midst sand.
In reverse play, stones look like sleds on a snowy slope.
Slow reveal of each prize mesmerizing and calming.

Premium Member Jasper Terrifies My Enemy
Jasper intimidates my friends
Terrifies my enemies
Of which there is only one
I feel protected now
He lets no one abuse me
I keep him close

It is not everyone who has a polar bear for a best friend
I feel fortunate and blessed
My faerie godmother loves me
She knew what she was doing when she sent Jasper
No one hurts me now
And my enemy runs screaming into the night...

Pray, Where Can Wisdom Be Found
The price of wisdom is beyond rubies
Coral and jasper are not worthy of mention
It cannot be bought with the finest gold
Nor can its price be weighed out in silver
There is a mine for silver
And a place where gold is refined
But wisdom is found in fearing the Lord
And to shun evil is understanding
For the LORD gives wisdom
From his mouth come knowledge and understanding...

Haywire Ghetto
Haywire ghetto, lingering corpses, malingering sunshine,
Malignant malediction, staccato with disseminating stench,
Portending: ichor, insipid blood and wenches.

Juxtaposition of aphotic with aphotic; incognizant iniquity.

Noxious oxygen, attenuated jasper, jejune jardiniere:
Zion.

Smoke: implicative cornice,
Sherry or vitriol?
Ours, a world, that feigns polo in alcohol!!
