Trump

That a businessman
Running the country
Is taking money
From people in need

The mistakes of others
In a funny way
Trump is a trip
But we need

Politics
Politics are the reason our country's in the shape it is today.
Republican or Democrats, they both have to play.
We're supposed to be UNITED ,but this separation has caused a slump;
That's what our country needed was a businessman like TRUMP....

Honest Bussinessman
There is no such thing as an honest businessman.
If I were in the business of selling lamps,
and I told my customers where lamps were sold cheaper than I can,
I would then be an honest businessman truly,
but I would soon have to file for bankruptcy....

Dial Eternity
Who? -- Me?!
I never thought I'd see
This wily jockstrap
writing poetry
And you, Mr. Businessman
Investing ldly in a product
that can't return a profit
on a mini-garbage can...
When our bodies
make their final plans ~
Our souls the farthest heavens scan...

Shoe Shine Man
A businessman wants a quick shine.
He wants both his shoes to look fine.
The man has business clientele to greet.
He wants a professional look that's complete.
There is another professional he must choose.
That is the man that works shining shoes.
Inspired by another member's poem.

just lie there

losing you
was so easy
when faced
with the truth
of how
perfect it is
alone
when seeking perfection
I have learned never

and I leave work realizing
I am fighting

The Businessman
There sits a man
with pen in hand
Counting the stars that shine.
Do not disturb,
he’s completely absurd,
Involved with matters of consequence.
He sits and he counts
then totals the amounts;
He’s rich ‘cause he owns all those stars.
Oh, look! Now the sky is all blank
for the lights he did yank.
He put all his stars in the bank....

Honest Businessman
There is no such thing,
as an honest businessman,
if there are they don't remain in business for very long.
If I were in the business of selling rice,
but I know that my completion sells rice for a much lower price,
if I refer all of my potential customers to my competition,
then I am truly an honest businessman,
but again, I will not remain in business for very long....

The Paradox
The consumer is said to be
The all-right-man
But it hardly exists
Hegemony is never welcomed
Consumer too has to obey regulations
Follow SOP
On a visit to shops
When buying goods
Has to bear the result of inflation
Prices soaring up high
Subject to tricks and dishonesty
of businessman
A win-win-situation is welcomed instead
The world is made for everyone
To survive...

Business and Politics
A hard headed businessman or woman,
Will always find politics hard.
Even with a wallet that is fat,
Without his or her chain of command,
Unless he or she is used to wearing more than one hat,
Unless he or she understands that someone always needs a free ride,
Unless he or she understands that subsidies will always have a place.
And that the right words can buy votes when money can't.

Are You Sure He Is a Businessman
Are you sure he is a business cat? He asked me.
He is kind of stuffed into that ill-fitting suit.
Yes, he is the President of Planet Cat Wee.
And he is the CEO of Kittens Magnolia to boot.
That suit is coral! The speaker said. It seems kind of odd.
I was beginning to dislike this reporter, James B. McDodd.
Have you even spoken to him? I queried this nimwit.
He finally did, and changed his mind, so I was glad of it....

Major Nelson Aka J R
Major Nelson found himself on the sand
Was off target when coming in to land
A glass bottle changed his life
The contents became his wife
And a wedding ring he put on her hand.
But then he went on to buy an oil well
In Dallas was the businessman from hell
He got himself a new name
J. R . Ewing he became
I'm a big fan of T.V. can you tell.

A Yellow Rose
I am thinking of the day
I came to you
with a yellow rose
a passing businessman
said hello to you
you put it in your hair
today is like that day
the sun is hot
on a crowded city
we are discovering each other
anew
in the crowd...

Pathway of Doom
Capitalism, Socialism, Communism, Fascism.
What do all of these "isms" have in common?
All are dictated by a monetary system,
and wherever there is money, you will find corruption,
among every self serving lawyer, businessman and politician,
who are all absolutely incapable of solving any of the world's problems.
All of these "isms" are forever failed systems.
It's time for all of us to entertain alternate solutions,
or our future will surely be dire on this pathway of doom....
