I Saw God But Now What

Rumi Quote: "I searched for God and found only myself. I searched for myself and found only God"

Have you seen God in your parent's sacrificial love?
In the abyss of their dreams, shoved from above.
I discern God as the pinnacle of love and affection.
I spot God in a state of ecstatic bliss, laden with elation.
Behold the world, mirrored in a dewdrop's gleam.
Has the sun drawn a rainbow in a summer stream?
I grasp God in a tree whose hollow mouth is prest.
I meet grace amid nature's compassionate breast.
Behold an array of hues within a stream flow.
What if a summer whim is enthused by full moon glow?
I perceive God in a tree that gazes at Him all day.
I view God in a tree lifting its leafy arms to pray.
Have you ever felt drawn into a genuine embrace?
As a ray in gloom, it fills your sank heart with grace.
Have you seen an eagle flying or a sobbing dove?
Then you saw God draw a scene in a painting of love.
Have you felt as if love soothed your mind and soul?
With surety, God's touch graced your tender whole.
I feel God in each breath I embrace of His air.
I perceive God in a roost of robins in her hair.
Have you noticed that love clings to your nude skin?
Where hope prevails, and faith reveals love within,
I spot God in a loop on a string, filled with sacred love.
Auric delight, crimson blossoms from above,
I worship God with untamed devotion, born of delight.
Superb proof and exquisite hues of genuine sight,
I perceive God in this existence; all are valuable, dear.
Endowment to love and be loved is always clear.
Have you seen God in a meager morsel of void soul?
Devoured by a starved hound—spirit, core, and mole.
To discern God as a lush garden in Elixir abode.
A riveting crimson glow draws all swirling lode.
A sight too divine for mortal eyes to define.
Yet there's a vision beyond mere spot-shine.
Men can't discern God due to His ethereal nature.
Until we have eternal forms at our disposal later,
Viewing God must be set, not left idle, as a vow.
Zeal embrace, a celestial spite that might glow.
A fiery sky, God's canvas divine, before the sun's rise.
Seek God as a hummingbird sips from nature.
Yes, I affirm, I have seen God
But He appeared and then disappeared
This knowing that transcends mind, left me awed
But until what’s imbibed is assimilated, by fears I’m seared
