Time

I was aware I may have lost my mind,
pinpointing on the time,
circular reasoning,
whether in front or behind.

Are thoughts a linear path like the heart?
Regarding sight, what has one seen,
marking dates for upcoming events,
forgetting what day it is.

What is their employment record?
Where has one traveled?
If sadness adds to wisdom,
continue small happiness,

touching a nerve, a blessing link,
I caused a bit of disruption across the road,
shouting other paths are not wrong
as there is no right,

assuring others never to follow,
letting the words enter the air for anyone to surmise.
I do apologize if I've forced them upon your eyes,

if there is any sign of trouble, usually, it lays at one's soul,
unless nature decides to intervene, an unharmful insight,
in need of another to trust my intention,
knowing at least I'm yet blind,

starting to fade, I've walked barefoot,
fallen from a great height,
witness the sun sets in the same sky,
choice, content, repeat or nothing.

I am close to a farewell it seems,
taken in for causing unnecessary disruption in minds,
I've seen what you see,
but won't begin to believe,

I know what makes you end.
