A Type of Isolation

I see everyone in masks

Philosophy Weapon

Philosophy as a weapon is innocuous,
               nothing counts as action,
               but if that weapon
it hurts the poet's chest ...
Reality runs down the floor !

A Sleepless Night Reply

Drowning in your philosophy
Clearly- you see through my eyes
Comfort me with truth and
Laugh when I tell lies.
I come to you for knowledge-
'Multi cultural' I like to be
A sleepless night for you?
Two sleepless nights for me.

The Young Philosopher

I listen calmly to him
Slowly nudging him on
As he expounds on philosophy
Hidden gems are revealed
Polished and inspected
This one owns a gold mine
This one has hidden gems
I love to see them exposed
That's why am silently probing

Across Even Stars There Be Breathing

Philosophy loves looking
Pondering of none but the mystery
That--
Wholesome loving--
Be wholly bolstering

Growth is dying at greater lighting,
O' grandiose
Instrumental Melody:
As stars' gleaming squandering
Therein--restful bedazzling.

A Profusion of Great Heat

A profusion of great heat
Rose up and oppressed my mind.
So few were signs of retreat
It stifled an alarm seldom heard.

Philosophy says the mind
And body are two different entities
And it’s not meant with scorn
   But Invincibility disagrees.

Philosophy

the philosophy

is a sad eld lady

sans colors on the face...

only comments of morbidity

and pain... that's all,

and still insists...

of wonderful things

and bliss, it's useless

says nothing, just silences...

of the magnificence

  of love, only life

is the one who proves it...!

Death By Oppenheimer

For knowledge and wisdom, I glean
     geometry, physics, science,
philosophy, and tomes umpteen!
     In search of shrewd intelligence,
I forsake college's campus scene;
     and pursue rhyme's magnificence,

spinning lines on the wheel and loom,
and threaded weave, of the rhymer
than idle in a dull classroom
     (wishing for death by Oppenheimer).

Reasoning of Thought

May make you think a lot
Do we show
All we know
Balancing towards
Direction stepping forward
Took a small step in between
Observe, what I have seen
No one quite resisting
Philosophy was kept interesting
Speaking
Always intriguing
The question may be the answer
Which now matters
Where have we gone
To understand our beyond
While you contemplate a conclusion
Pardon my intrusion

Living Philosophy For Our Understanding

We are not on the edge
                      when we still dream
                       Future...
                       our pain is not
                       unbearable when we care
                       of its intensity...
                       we are not dying
                       when novel day is born
and we are still in the fight...
                       We are still alert... !

Learn From Nature

I see a mountain and I wonder,
I see a river and I wonder,
What permeates their instincts;
Is it some permutation
Or some ever pertaining philosophy.
The consistency to flow,
The consistent grandeur,
The consistent magnanimous posture,
Instils in me a supreme passion,
A determinant instinct, to pursue,
And paint the world with such a beauty,
And fill it with the essence of purity,
The glory of truth and an inspirational glow.

Thankful For the Morning and Native American Philosophy

May we be blessed to acknowledge all the wonders in our life
that have, for us, thus far accrued…
and to begin each day with a word of thanks…
and thoughts of gratitude.

Today I’m thankful for the morning and all the daylight allows me to see
and for Native American wisdom and their unique philosophy

May we share their special message with everyone we greet:
Good morning,
may your day be filled with laughter
and also
happy feet.

Piscine Philosophy

My goldfish waits patiently to be fed,
he waits without moving much,
when I approach, what goes through his head?
Does he think real thoughts,or such?
He gets excited as I take some food,
and sprinkle it in the tank,
does he look on me as his one true god,
the father that all fishkind must thank,
for being there everyday,
to make sure all his needs I'll meet,
does he look up to me and pray,
that forever I'll make sure he'll eat?

New Philosophy

Should I be doing this?
I don't know?
Should I keep going?
Or just let it be?
This definite attraction
Is overwhelming me
All of these thoughts and feelings
Are making it hard
For me to see clearly
This is crazy!
I don't know if I'm ready
But then again
Relationships are rarely easy
These walls are building up
All around me
As a warning
To tread lightly
This is it!
Time for a new philosophy
Gonna go with the flow
And just be me

The Civilized Life

I
When the hands cease creating ...
pottery, paintings, portraits, machines
Or gathering seeds, nursing forests ...

II
When the head ceases pondering philosophy ...
How to ameliorate, annihilate sufferings
Or simply how to be kind, reduce crime ...

III
When the heart stops caring enough to endure ...
things that must be endured (Gandhi did, and Ramabai)
Or a Dr. King, simply to love, give, forgive ...

IV
We become obsessed with those holes

The Philosophy of the Broken

What am I supposed to do,
When waking up each day gets old?
What shall I look forward to,
When there is no shining light to behold?
How can I see your true colors,
If you strip me color-blind?
Why won’t you wait for me,
So I can call you “mine”?
I see my pathetic attempts at romance,
And the demise of happiness in my life...
I watch myself fall, and laugh.
So what if misery drags me down?
It’s better to be down-to-earth,
Than stuck in the clouds.
Right?
