The breaking seemed to happen so easily.
Childish giggles, a new pretty dress, seemingly innocent tickling games!
Then came "This will be our little secret" accompanied by zipper sounds
Licking lollipops, "Special" alone times...
Darkness pulling at her panties, that strange wetness.
Her shattered mind broken into segments.
Inner her went to distant places, attempting to save small bits of herself:
She couldn't separate the pleasure from the guilt.
That ironic cruelty of her body responding to his touch.
The wanting to be loved, mixed with that icky feeling!
She had thought him to be her light.
Loving him for paying attention to her.
He made her smile, listening to every word she said.
Then he made her his slave, his object of desire.
Told her "no one else will love you!" "You are a dirty dirty girl!"
Inexplicably as she got older his attention waned
She wondered what was wrong with her
Until one day he bought her little sister a pretty pink dress
She recognized that innocent giggle, that favourite uncle smile
Somehow she gathered up her shattered and screamed her sister free
For she knew, no little girl should ever again be a slave to his darkness
Beneath her pain she found their path to freedom
Because she knew that breaking is oh so easy.

I'll never forget that dark twisted face in the distance,
Its midnight moonlit finger tracing a path to my door.
A thousand locomotives seemed to roar in my ears,
Then I heard the sounds of so many gun shots.
No, it was the window glass popping from their frames,
Its powerful breath was quickly upon me gripping me.
Those walls began to spin and the ceiling flew away,
My eyes cried as tears were ripped from my cheeks.
I yelled in terror and its horrible voice screamed louder,
In flight within my own house I knew death was near.
So was this the way I would travel to heaven?
Then suddenly it became so very quiet.
That violent spinning monster had lightly set my home down,
This man had stared straight into its giant ugly eye.
For an unknown reason it had decided to spare me,
To this very day I still swear it could think.

"A poem to me is the essence of any thought,
Being built from its foundation into tower scraping sky.
It can fly like no other bird to places never seen,
Even spaceships can only dream of taking its place."

Again I played witness
To the stunning vignette that was her body
All evening the thought to compose words
Materialized from a former canyon of desolation
Merely because I had been swept into the distance
As I am forsaken to ponder
When she’ll become attainable
I screamed into the canyon
Forgive me please forgive me
My voice echoing off its walls
And all that were left were memories
When from but grace one falls
I looked down into the canyon
To see a river flow
As it wandered along below me
With no where else to go
As you stand in hushed shadows
Would bitter teardrops sting your eyes?
While you looked down in that canyon
To see where my body lies
“We wept”, said the Toys.
“I remember”, said the Dresser.
“I screamed”, said the Lamp.
“I held you”, said the Pillow.
“I failed you”, said the Blanket.
“Please don't”, said the Sheets.
“I'm here for you”, said the Window.
“We'll miss you”, said the Walls.
“It won't hurt”, said the Gun.
She found herself Screaming,
Why was she here , she often wondered ,Why !!
But deep down she knew , she was elegant ,she was classy , a head turner and most of all she knew how to work the audience ,every where she went they were there , she felt voyuered, almost violated ..
For over 20 years she was feted , pampered ,groomed ,she loved it ,being wined and dined , she became accustomed to the lifestyle ,but deep down she felt something was wrong ,deep down she felt empty.. She somehow felt used ,A gut feeling..The wives never actually spoke to her , she thought. Then it dawned on her ,yes she was being used.
The wives hated her ,well most of them , wishing they were her , them with their knives in her back smiles , they dispised her , they saw through her,she was not of their stock , she dated into money , nothing else , so the she devils whispered..While the husband gawked , tripped over themselves, haughty laughter , all hoping she would look their way ,but he was there , he sat and he observed , smugly to himself , She was paid for ,that what she was made for .
And so she screamed ,she cried inside , but no one could hear her cries , or no really cared ,in the midst of them all she felt so alone ,so empty ..so so lost...
Jumping Jill she just loved to jump
From when she woke until bedtime.
She was afraid that she’d get plump
If she did not jump through daytime.
Once Jumping Jill did jumping jacks,
She hit and broke Ma’s precious chime.
Ma screamed and scared Jill with the axe,
Now Jill thinks jumping is a crime.

Got excited to find a grey pubic hair today
But not as excited as others in the elevator, I'd say
Some screamed in horror
Others fell on the floor
Guess I should have chosen another way
While asleep in dark room
I laughed and celebrated life
I saw me drive big vehicles
splashing water on people
crashed the machine on some
I screamed when I woke up
I saw reality of the dream life
people in their agonies weeping
children I orphaned helpless
but those I made dirty rewarded
And the scream will not ebb
on my vehicle all filth is loaded
the burden I had to bear forever
because in my dream I faulted
a play boy, I lived offensive life
I screamed loudly when I woke up
the burden I have to bear forever
Goldilocks was found lying in bed
at a house she broke into
they say she jumped out the window-
her fear of the bears was so great
but I know Goldilocks-
she was my best friend in middle school
and my next-door neighbor.
I offered her oatmeal- she fainted
I invited her for a sleepover- she screamed
we went to the zoo- she ran home
But when we saw three bears walking in the woods,
she calmly walked up to them
and invited them for dinner.
I lost my best friend that night
for her only friend now is a bear.
No! The blue jeans screamed. We do not stretch that far!
The people driving by began laughing it up in the car.
They had seen the old woman who had eaten a moon and a star.
She waddled into the house clutching a huge candy bar.
Please no! The blue jeans screamed as she sat on the bed.
She pulled off her sweatpants and swiveled her head.
I bet these blue jeans will not split she said to her man.
He dared not even look as the jeans’ torment began.
She slid them to her knees, but they would not go over.
Come lick my legs a bit, she suggested to her good dog Rover.
She tried the best she could, but she could not get them up.
Guess we will not split today! One leg said to the pup.
When they heard it screamed a 'Damn it!'
One of them had dared to submit
That Charles, Incurable Hermit,
Chair their forthcoming First Summit
"I'm not shocked, his own dad Hermit:
Why wouldn't he such views permit?"
More screams of 'Bull !' and 'Damn it!'
Didn't George reckon that summit.
To hermits is outside their remit
Not like to a kin cash remit
And face a life of self-limit...
I awoke filled with anger
For it was but a dream,
You were not here
The Lord claimed you,
From my soul, I screamed.
