Countless Ties

There have been no lies
No long painful cries
We lay under the skies
Watch a bird as it flies
More perfect then pumpkin pies
I look deep into his eyes
But they are no disguise
For our hearts are together with countless ties
Ever since we exchanged our first "Hi's"
And never once have we said "Good-bye's"
No, "who's, what's, when's, or why's"
We work together like the sunset and sunrise
But still even if one of us ever dies
I know for sure... our love survives

Walking Hand In Hand

Walking together hand in hand
   down the country road together.
We have no place we need to be
    just enjoying each others company.
Sharing our thoughts on everything.

Knowing that this is where we want to be,
together lost in each others thoughts.
It is magical in some ways we speak and
      think so much a like.

It is as though you dropped out of the sky
one day I was lonely than you came.
We both love the animals that seem to find their
way to my house and they are unafraid.

We laugh when we walk together and it rains we
have no umbrellas to keep us dry but it's okay.
There ahead is a tree with big leaves we run laughing
taking shelter than we embrace and the our love
for one another explodes no shame, no guilt.

Walking together hand in hand down the
country road heading back to home.
Both silent in our thoughts but knowing we love
each other until Death takes us away.

Lovers Chant (Cowritten By My Love, Rain)

Wind: My head to my pillow, it sings me my song,

Rain: With dreams that you and I, together aren’t wrong,

Wind: Your imaginary voice, I touch your pure skin,

Rain: Though dreams are the only time together, our love is within,

Wind: Your bedsheets, my arms, caressing you so lightly,

Rain: My lips, your throat, kissing you so gently,

Wind: Our heartbeats a sync, our bodies a dance,

Rain: Moving gracefully in our true romance,

Wind: I hold your waist, cherish your skin,

Rain: I look into your eyes, get lost within them,

Wind: Together we become, one romantic Aether,

Rain: True kiss lay upon our lips, as we lay at last together,

Skies Filled To Heaven

Happiness began in a hot air balloon.
Lovers just married in dreams’ basket did swoon.
Fantasizing forever amid the colorful blue sky.
Two hearts, life betrothed, together did fly.

Ballooning through heavens, oh marvelous sights.
Sparkling stars shone above the city's night-lights.
Fiery drift knew friends watched from below.
Newlyweds soaring together knew love's glow.

Blue skies gave witness to the melodious flight.
And angels were singing at the glorious sight.
All of a sudden came a message from below.
A thousand balloons in colorful glow.

Skies filled to heaven with the fantastic swish.
Balloons came from friends sending their wish.
Happy days, newlyweds; may God bless your life.
Love each new tomorrow as husband and wife.

Sculpting Anne Sexton

Your tongue forced like clothes pins
wetting cinnamon lips,
gnawing at the barrier of one another.

Sketching, Sketching,

Hands shaping you, catching you drawn paper
filed with the note no one left,
a skilled architect,
slowly tracing across your torso.

Dog- earring the pages of your book, inner knowledge;
pages written with pearl droplets of silk
incandescent from moon colored sweat.

Fusing pressed ribs together firm as tuning forks,
asthmatic breath paining the wind
rushing through your chest;
                               sobbing in, sobbing out.

Sheets twisting each other in quicksand
your brail fingers finding my spine
racing down my back like a fire pole.

A sculptor arching your neck, pausing
amethyst eyes impatient like pedestrian traffic
hurried to find nowhere

Stamping, Stamping.

My hand planted in the small of your back
a careful caretaker stripped to the bone,
keeping us pinned together carelessly
                                 inside out, upside down

Merger

a merger of all that we have found
a mixing together making our love sound
so much better than being alone
a passionate blending makes this my home

you asked if I am sad today
leaving what was yesterday
all that’s being left behind
a structure from another time

we build together a future chance
sealing tightly this romance
your green thumb that makes me bloom
the circle starts and ends with you

Waiting For Your Return

Im taking this day by day.
Is tomorrow going to be better than today?
I use to think that all was wrong but this will go for long.
When is he coming home?
We use to talk and laugh so much.
I just want u to hold me.
I miss that touch.
We went to school together and now we grown.
This will last for long.
When is he coming home?
At first we had our ups and downs.
But we realize theres more smiles there than frowns.
When will the pain be gone?
This will last long.
When is he coming home?
We went through thick and thin together always having each other back.
You always no how to make me laugh.
My days have turned to months.
This will last long.
When is he coming home?

Shooting Star

If i could ride a star, how far would it take me, would all those I love, give up and forsake
me. If I could ride a star, what wonders could I see, would all those I love, look up and
believe me.When I ride this star, will you go with me, slide your arms around my heart, will
you never deceive me. If we could ride a star how far would it take us, would you hold on
tight, will you always believe in me. You have become my shooting star, my soothing heart.
I will never leave you behind, together this world of wonders we will find. Together in time,
thats how they will have seen us, as we pass Mars, and then Venus.

Chaos

If there was a past life
We
Where together then
If there is a life after death
We
Will be together again
But for now
We
Only have the present
And every second that
We
Are apart
A million stars
Die
And chaos rules
supreme

Ying and Yang

I sit in an endless field with him beside me .Him in all black beaten and bruised ,I in my white
dress molested and used. We were raised differently and never met before ,but when together
we bring destruction to the world.I am a pure bred , tamed and gay. He a mutt, simply a stray.
Yet here we lay in each others arms, loving ,understanding one another's harm.My name is Ying
and his is Yang. And together we are not meant to be!

Premium Member Goodbye Sweet Love

Silently, she lays there with the humming machines nearby.
Her listless body just waiting to finally release her spirit.
Blissfully, we shared happiness, but now must say good-bye.

I’ve one last thing to say to you and I hope you can hear it:
I thank you for everything you’ve done for and been to me
As we enjoyed life together – now death, you are so near it.

It’s okay now, my love, to let your soul go free.
Although I will miss you dearly, your suffering should end
But please, take your last breath knowing how I loved thee.

It’s so hard to say good-bye to you, my dearest, loving friend.
When my last breath I do take, we will be together once again.

Two Hearts Sown As One

Our hearts are woven together
Not by human strands
But from the very mouth of God
Where all of our plans begin
It was His great pleasure
To bring us two together
With words and thoughts of love and treasure
Gold strands through needles’ eye so fine
That it cuts through the edge of time
Sown with thread so rare
Love’s true cost sown in without care
Hearts bound for glee and stormy seas
With God’s sail upon our ship
With master Captain at its helm
Will guide us through this earthly realm
At last on distance shores we land
Together we join Him in the Promised Land
And thank Him for a job well done
For our two hearts sown as one

Did They Really Drag Them By Their Hair

FROM CAVE TO GRAVE

I mean if you stop to think about it and the factors involved
Love must be basically the same since man has evolved
Maybe before they could speak they silently pointed to their heart
And putting a pair together is worse than to split them far apart

So I’ll continue on my primary course of primate acts
It can be dangerous or beautiful and those are the facts
they were spurred on by the way Marge looked at men
She had a scale for her beauty which far exceeded ten

It was easy to introduce them with a courteous “how do you do?”
As easy as going in a cage with lions at the zoo
Because people often mistake desperation as being dumb
It’s akin to thinking you’re drinking sweet tea while it’s really rum

You are going to need nails, caulking and a whole lot of glue
And yes………… I’m talking to you
You……. who thought putting them together was so damned smart
You……… the one who put them together so now re-build them part by part

Love is in one’s fingertips that eases the partner to relax
Love is not only the lips, oh and you might also need some tacks
And when you can’t do it yourself just give up frustratingly
Because these are your friends so hey, don’t ask me

Threadbare

the delicate fabric rends
once intricately meshed
carefully woven together by loving hands

beautifully it hangs
the cloth, pleasing to the eye
colorful hues in a fashionable design

underneath--tattered and shredding
worn from friction and resistance
strings now falling on the ground

the delicate fabric rends
once intricately woven
carefully meshed together by loving hands
now frayed and flawed....threadbare
