Tears too much in which you bleed
Heart aches toll, low sub's breathing
For then, in them, is shown in your skin
May it be brushed over
So it may sit to seep in this pale face
For you're in health
But yet sick in your emotions
Too close you can not bare now, today,
tomorrow, or again in yesterday's
For your pain is nearly not bared
I pray for you and your sister when weeping
Hopping that you will not drown in all sorrows
But cry when times are closed
Mother is all, not yet lost, for her heart lives inside yours
Knowing of a passing before it happens isn't so strong
But the second it comes, she goes and all weights toll
Heavy your heart is, you carry it like the ones in that room
All seems silent till a sob is heard
Hear at this event, the dark colors are all in the lights
The cold faces all glow so bright
For this woman has brought life into the minds
that breathed well before her time
To a loss like this, I would not bare
Alone I would feel, to a special youth that I still endore
For she is what's left of me; whom I may speak to, and
whom would listen
As to you and your family, may you all lay close to her
May you breathe the way she has breathed
May you all see what she has seen
And may you hear all things she has heard
Her passing does not make your separation,
it only draws you closer
For the day of her event, bless her soul's crossing
for she stands in the clouds
Smiling above all your scene's
In hopes that you will all remember that she is still
there even through these means
I pray for you and your family to give potency and healing
To rejoice on the day she rose on cloud nine
And touched God's face
For this moment do hot dwell in the loss
Cry long but not for ever and remember
her years journey that she has completed
She is in thy safest place and thy hearts of whom she loved

“Well,” She asked; her eyes wide. Beads of hot sweat glistening on her brow like miniature
crystal suns. Her angst was palpable. “What is it!”
The air was still. There were no words. Just the sound of bodies breathing in – and
“Congratulations.” He held out his arms, handing the mother, her baby, “You have a son.”
The moment shone like glass in the center of the heavens – pure and eternal.
It was redemption from every wrong thing she’d ever done.
It was the shining eyes of God smiling onto her exhausted face; lighting it with hope.
It was the only place there was – the only time, the only space.
It was the only feeling that existed.
They were the only two incarnate souls in the room; on the planet, and in the universe.
This was her child –
And she was his mother.
(there are no words for such things. suddenly, I feel like an intruder. there are too many
eyes, words and moments here. so it is here, I take my leave; leaving this mother and the
only soul in her universe to their perfect moment. they will have many more moments in this
lifetime; but none as sacred, as human, or as eternal as the first look from life to life;
mother to child; heaven to earth, as the very first. None.)
“It’s a boy.” she whispered. Her throat a crumbling tunnel; stunned, but not really. Like
she’d known it all along. “My baby boy…” She smiled into his ancient, brand-new face;
tracing his delicate cheek with the back of her finger. “He’s perfect.”
She ran her palm along the bottom of his soft, miraculous foot, and laughed. “Look at
your feet – they’re huge!”
And as she wiped the tears with the heel of her shaking hand – smearing what was left of
her mascara - she looked in to his, as close to heaven as one can get, eyes, and said, “Hi.
I’m your mama.” He smiled at her. He knew. He’d known it all along. “And I’ll love you
The world closed its shades then. Leaving the sacred to its history; the moment to
eternity; and their universe to its quiet, little room.

O-n this Easter day God took you up to heaven.
L-ong days and nights followed, especially for your mummy who misses you with an
I-tensity that only a mother can. A
V-acant hole in her heart, forever longing for you.
I-nvisible threads of love will always bind you together, you are mummy's
A-ngel, who is always with her.

Ave-Maria hymns lift you in flight
to Heaven’s gate apt angel does ascend
and follows lantern's light predawn of night
on star-dust wings for spirit a Godsend.
On April morn in skies of blue as you
besprinkle crystals from your seraph’s wings,
by mourning noon soft snowfall does ensue
a smoothing swaddle soothing harmed heartstrings.
In diamond-dusted frosted filigree
so sparkles soulful kisses you bestow
for scintillant reflective reverie
your glistened gift you send in silvern snow.
Beloved mother, sainted entity
you hush my cries with snow’s serenity.

Thank you – Zamreen Zarook
Thank you is a sweet word in the nature,
You may be a guy of adventure,
May be you are a person of agriculture,
What matters is your architecture.
Never forget the people, who guided you,
In no degree neglect who were with you,
Don’t ever overlook a creature, who gave a smile to you,
Because, you will meet them above you.
People forget the past due to selfishness,
They have no time to remember their unawareness,
Society, most of the times behave in awfulness,
They will understand when their lives come in to bitterness.
Be a person to thank and remember,
Don’t consider them as December,
Because, you might need them in November,
So, always be as a good subscriber.

Where is heaven, what have we done
Why are we abandoned in hell
When can we stop using a gun
Whose children next do we farewell
What demon has set this mad spell
Littleton Columbine high school
Virginia tech was so cruel
Redlake senior high was another
How can heaven be I’m no fool
Please stop the tears of a mother

You do not stand alone in your Battle
Your battle is our Battle
We may not be there in body
But we are there with you in Spirit
We are there in every beat of your Heart
In every whisper of the wind
In every thought and every touch
Every breath and every sound
We are there with you
You are wrapped in an Endless chain of Love
In every link we each send you a part of us
We send you some of our Strength
Some of our will to Fight
Some of our Courage
The most important of them all
We send you all of our Love
If you feel you need more
Just give that Endless chain a little tug
And we'll be there
Tug til you need us no more
Then we'll know you've gone Home

He starts singing songs of Ireland and we are home in a jiffy
"What's a jiffy," my mother wonders
"Guess where we went Granny?"
"I don't know but I have a feeling you are gonna tell me," answers my grandmother
"And Don't call me Granny!"
"We went to church so Poppy could ask secret questions."
"The priest gave Poppy a shot and a beer and Poppy sent me next store and he gave me money for taffy."
"He told me not to tell anyone especially you about the priest cause it's only for the priests ears."
"He said God would take away taffy and I'd never get another goodie and God would strike me dead if I told."
"So I can't tell anyone."
"He did," and she starts yelling and grabs a weapon,"what kind of idiot would be scaring a little child?"
Granny is standing on Poppy's toes and and asking him questions of where he'd been and getting a sniff of his breath
"So what did you tell the priest and him giving you consolation and a shot and beer."
"That little rat ," and thinks about the money for candy
Later, Granny is chasing Poppy with that big iron frying pan and poppy running and singing
"In Heaven they have no beer, that's why we drink it here."
"You damn fool I'm gonna bust you in the head, "and throws the pan at his head
Cousin Francis has bill collectors come to the house looking for him
Granny was four foot seven inches and she starts kicking him in the shin
My Mother grabs his Dick Tracy hat and she jumps on it and flattens it
I ask my mom where I was when this happened and she pauses
" You were in Heaven Patrick waiting with your brother!"
The truancy officers bang on the door and want to know where Uncle Charles is
Granny shrugs and says, "He is upstairs and the sound of the window going up sounds
They all run upstairs and see Uncle sliding down the tree and running as fast as his
seven year legs can move
He comes home later that evening holding a goose under his arm
And Poppy has a soft-boiled goose egg for breakfast every morning
I ask Uncle what happened to that goose and He said,"one day he came home and
they had chicken for dinner."
And Poppy was gone to heaven to get me and my brother ready Mom says
And Granny sits my brother and me on her lap and says,"you two knuckleheads listen up."
"This is very important so don't forget it."
"Treat people the way you want to be treated, because you never know who is going to hand you your last glass of water"

A TRIBUTE TO MY MOTHER
She picked cotton, and heaven knows
If she hadn't, there would be no clothes
For us to wear the coming fall
When school would start, but that's not all
She churned the cream to make the butter
But never once did I hear her utter
Words of discouragement for her plight
But sometimes I know she cried at night
She always took good care of us
And watch each day 'til we got on the bus
Then she'd begin her household chores
Making beds and washing clothes
She washed our clothes with soap from lye
And hung them on the line to dry
She fed the chickens and milked the cow
Took care of the pigs and the mama sow
At night after all of us were fed
She'd read us the Bible before we went to bed
The next day would be the same as before
She worked real hard chore upon chore
But today I know her chores are done
She's in heaven worshiping God's Son
Walking hand in hand with Pa
I love her and I miss my Ma

i sit immersed
in my thoughts
the moon rises
across the sky
the stars glisten
then tuck themselves in
hands that tucked me in
that seemed to shield
my childhood fears
i was afraid of the dark
and death alike
but sought comfort
in your arms
no longer afraid
of dark or death
as i became to realize
both are real
and there is
i feel the wind
brush against me
as the sky
lets out a tear
and it mingles
with my own
upon my cheek
i look towards the sky
see your hands
as they blow kisses
and i find comfort
one more time

You left us on the Fourth of July
Now my heart is filled with unexpected pain
I remember when you would say to look at the sky
To find the moon, now that is on memory lane.
You would sing us the sweetest lullaby
Even though you were far away
And simple phone call to pacify
The miles traveled in a day
But ever since the day you've been gone,
I've succeeded in many things you'd be proud of
It has been so hard for us to move on
I just keep thinking of you up above
No matter the miles that keep is apart
You will forever and always be in my heart.

I do not know?
I’ve seen all my life
So many people come and go
Passing so quickly
Leaving a faded memory
Of the moment we crossed paths.
So sadly I must say is true
Rarely do I see anyone
Staying around long enough
Getting to know me.
Hardly does a person stay.
You, Bubby, My only son,
The most important man to me,
I’ve come into my life only
To stay and never ever leave
Me all by myself.
So grateful to know you,
And proud as a mom can be
You’re the greatest
Young man this world has seen.
My only son, my BUBBY.
To see you smile, hear your voice,
Always fills my
Heart and soul with love.
My only son, my hero,
Sent from up above.

People dream of their own heaven
Where happiness dwells and time suspends
No more tears or life barren
Where difference always mends
With nature so calm and beauty surrounds.
In this remote terrain of dreary sand
Distanced from my dream at hand
I dwell in the nostalgic past and moan!
Alas! how can I make you understand
The heaven that is my motherland grown!!!

Mother, as I last view your
pale and fragile frame
I envisioned the chariot
that will carry you to heaven...
It will be of silver and gold
steadily rumbling through a tunnel
at first dark with the end in sight
an unwavering beckoning beacon of light...
Soon you will be standing on a hill
with a new body
below you fertile land light and airy
beautiful colored clouds behold your palace!
A mansion with many rooms
towers high and proud
as it laps the sea
each wave blue as can be!
When you enter your palace mother
you're in a place free of sin
say hello to all our loved ones
as you enter the Kingdom of Heaven..

Will We Know Him?
Will we know Him if He stood in front of us?
If He walked by us on the street?
Will we know Him?
If we have a chance to meet Him in our lifetime?
In that split second that we meet Him?
Our eyes met for the first time?
Will we know Him?
Yes reading the moment we stood side by side?
Our smiles are very clear
Our heart jumps around
Yes we do know Him?
That look, and that feeling
When we know we've found our home
Yes we do know Him
Yes we know what to say to Him
As we walk away together
Yes we know Him as He knows us His children
We are finally together

I used to walk in dark places and know that I was safe.
Because I knew that I loved you.
I have abused my brothers and sisters.
I have contaminated your purity with murder.
I have raped your daughters.
I have kidnapped your children.
I have brought your blessed bosom to the brink of destruction.
And now, even when I walk in daylight I do not feel safe.
For now I am aware of what I have been to you.
Worse than a prodigal, I have endeavored to exploit the very mother who nurtures me.
And now that I have worsened whatever imbalance was in you before I arrived,
I endeavor to flee you like a coward through the grace of an oblivious savior.
I have dreamed a dream of water.
I have dreamed a dream of living water.
And in this dream Jesus, my Savior, told me that he was not oblivious.
And in this dream Jesus told me that he was fully aware of my crimes against you.
I have dreamed a dream of fire.
I have dreamed a dream of unquenchable fire.
And in this dream Jesus reminded me that I was sent here to heal you as you taught me of manhood.
And in this dream Jesus told me that if I could not love you, my mother, who I could see, then how could I love my Father in heaven who I could not.
I have dreamed a dream of air.
I have dreamed a dream of whirlwinds.
And in this dream I breathed in the breath of forgiveness and I realized that it was not too late for us.
I have dreamed a dream of earth.
And in this dream, Mother Earth, I see you and us together, fighting for our freedom.
Fighting against the delusion that our fates are not eternally intertwined.
Please forgive us.
For true, we have betrayed you.
But it is not too late.
I promise you that as sure as my savior is in heaven we are going to make it.
I present myself to you as a living witness.
The Lord has not forsaken us.
For within our DNA is the secret to your healing and the end of our insanity.
Thank you for loving and protecting me, even as I raped and wounded you.
And now it is my turn.
“In the name of Jesus, the earth and all of the earth’s inhabitants are one mind, heart, and body. In the name of Jesus, we are one person, one planet, and one purpose. In the name of Jesus, the lion will soon lay down with the lamb and this beautiful sound, this sound of the sacred Gaia will know harmony!!”

For my Dad and Mom (Dorothy) on Fathers Day.
Albin J. Gruhn who passed away at the age of 94 years young. I Love You Dad and I am missing you so much! Robert
When Albin Gruhn got his card from the loggers union in 1934 after starting work for a Humboldt County lumber company, he never suspected that he was beginning what would become a lifelong career in California's labor movement. He went straight from high school to the lumber mills of Hammond Lumber Co. in Samoa and became a member of the Lumber and Sawmill Workers Union. A year later, in 1935, Mr. Gruhn was swept up in a bloody strike over poor working conditions that resulted in the deaths of three union workers.
He spent 36 years as President of the California Labor Federation, AFL-CIO, helping build the organization into a political and social powerhouse in the state.
"Few can match Al Gruhn's devotion to working men and women," said Art Pulaski, labor federation's executive secretary-treasurer. "Driven by his passion for justice in the workplace, Al's career has been an inspiration for all of us. He never backed down from a fight."
He was blacklisted by the lumber companies and joined the Laborers' Union, becoming secretary of the Eureka Federated Trades and Labor Council at the age of 22. In 1940, he was elected district vice president of the state labor federation and took over as the organization's President in 1960. He held that job until his retirement in 1996.
In 1972 he became a founding officer, and ultimately president emeritus, of the Consumer Federation of California.
"Al was a great pioneer of the consumer movement in California," said Jim Gordon, the federation's president. "Al Gruhn always had the interests of consumers and working people in his heart. He built bridges between the consumer movement and our allies in organized labor and in the community."
Mr. Gruhn served on a number of state and local commissions, accepting appointments from Govs. Earl Warren, Goodwin Knight, Edmund G. "Pat" Brown, George Deukmejian and Jerry Brown. He was a member from 1964 to 1971 of the California Constitution Revision Commission.
"The union movement was the cause of his life,"
Mr. Gruhn's son Robert said when his father retired at age 81, speakers at his retirement dinner included the Rev. Jesse Jackson, then-Lt. Gov. Gray Davis and current U.S. Secretary of Labor, Hilda Solis, who called Mr. Gruhn her "godfather" for his career advice.

A little girl went skipping down to the wishing well
Wearing a torn dirty dress and her hair in a ponytail
She stood on her tippy toes and looked down inside
Seeing her reflection she said hello and an echo replied
She came to make a wish for her sick mom home in bed
Her daddy left not saying a word just a kiss on the forehead
The little girl takes a coin out of her pocket and drops it in
Closing her eyes she tells the well her wish with a dimpled grin
Racing back to her house she bursts through the front door
Peeks in her mother’s room but she’s not there like before
Mommy, where are you she yells as she searches every room
She was about to cry when she smelled a familiar perfume
My little girl she hears whispered in her ear don’t be afraid
I have gone to heaven to be with Jesus you need to be brave
Daddy is waiting for you and he needs you more than ever
I may be gone from sight but I will live in your heart forever
She could hear her daddy calling as her mommy faded away
I’m over here daddy talking to mommy she says we have to stay
Her daddy picks her up in his arms and gives her a loving squeeze
Not knowing what to say to his little girl or even what to believe
How could she be talking to mommy when he saw her die today?
I need to tell you something about mommy and why she went away
Mommy told me already and then she gently touched his face
I wished for mommy to get better and now she is in a better place.
They walked hand in hand and both knowing they had each other
He would miss his wife and the little girl would miss her mother
Now the little girl is all grown up and is a mother of a little boy
Understanding the meaning of unconditional love and pure joy
A little boy went skipping down to the wishing well
Wearing torn dirty shorts and holding his fishing pail
He stood on his tippy toes and looked down inside
Seeing his reflection he said hello and an echo replied.

You weren't a saint but you were extremely close.
Out of all of the people on Earth, I've always loved you the most.
It will be very painful as they lower you into the ground.
Life will never be the same because you're no longer around.
You were a wonderful human being and a terrific mother too.
Your family and friends will always love you.
You were so sweet and kind that you should've been given a humanitarian award.
The people in Heaven are happy because you're there and so is the Lord.
You're in a better place and that makes your friends and family glad.
But as people see the tears rolling down my cheeks, they know that I'm so sad.
You were one fantastic lady, you were truly one of a kind.
Knowing that Heaven is your new home gives us peace of mind.
From time to time I wasn't the ideal son and that's something I regret.
You gave me life, love and happiness and that's something I'll never forget.
It hurts very much because you are deceased.
Everybody loves you Mom, may you rest in peace.

Moments to remember come so fast
Memories hold them so they will last
I will tell you of my first special one
The birth of my first born son.
On this day bright and sunny
I woke up feeling kind of funny
It was time to have my bundle of joy
My very first, a baby boy
So on this day that would cause great pain
Happy tears flowed down like heated rain
Months on end I carried you inside of me
I promise it wasnt so very patiently
Although I felt you bump and bang
The day I first held you my heart sang
It wasn't anything I had felt before
I loved you straight to my very core
But you came out of me a dangerous blue
I held my breath thinking I had already lost you
Hating myself thinking I had failed
I watched devastated as your dads face paled
Then the heavens opened up and sang
Through the room your cry rang
That very moment that very breath
I knew how it felt to love someone to death.
I felt happiness take off an soar
No one could ever love you more

God above has given us this special gift.
A mother who keeps us from going a drift.
The sound of her voice can take away our fears.
A mother is also the one that hears our tears.
She seems to have that gift to calm and heal.
A mother really does know how you feel.
Sometimes it is hard to hold on to life’s rope.
A mother teaches you how to cope.
She tells you to get on your knees every day.
A mother teaches you how to pray.
Her words are with us when we are apart.
A mother loves with a tender heart.
I hold you dear and you have that heavenly touch.
I just want you to know I love you very much.

Over your head is a shining light,
Oh mother Mary what a blissful sight.
You came to the world to bless us all,
You brought a son to save the world.
You appear to the sick to give them hope,
To bless them and comfort their soul.
So gentle mother Mary, please bless me
And my family in this life’s journey.
A journey of hope that the ever lasting place
Is a better place for us all.
Please mother Mary help the sick,
Heal them with your blessings this is my wish.
I kiss the ground where you walked,
The land of the Cedars that stood so tall.
You are there in every place, and
On our hearts we engraved your face.

I do not know?
mama how do i tell you its bad again
how the voices are telling me its okay to hurt
they want me to fall
to fall from the top of buildings
and not get up
but don't worry mama
i plan to shut them up
mama how do i explain how the pain has returned
all you wanted was me to be better
i tried and tried and tried and tried
but in the end, the crazy won
they drive me crazy to no end
i want to make it stop
but don't worry mama
i have a plan
mama i cant tell you how it feels
to be sunken to the depths of earth
angels are soaring above me
but their happy gazes hurt
i need this incessant chatter to go
to hurt me, to hate me
it all feels so real
but don't worry mama
it wont soon
mama i can see the look in your eyes
it hurts me too that this is goodbye
cant you see this is the only way
for the voices to vanish but my body stay
goodbye and farewell
ill miss you so much
but don't cry mama
ill be better now

To My Mother in Heaven
They say that “love is patient,”
And a mother’s “love is kind,”
I learned through your actions,
That love, is always right on time!
You taught me to never “envy”,
Never to brag or to “boast”,
You’d be proud to know the lessons learned,
Helped me throughout my growth!
There are things I’ll always remember,
And some things I might forget,
But rest a sure, my Mother my Friend,
I’m so thankful for the time we spent!!!

I do not know?
WHERE DO I START? I DON'T THINK THERE IS WORDS , TO EXPLAIN HOW I AM
FEELING ABOUT THE LOSS OF YOU... BUT I WILL USE ALL THE STRENGTH YOU HAVE
GIVEN TO ME , SO I CAN GET THESE FINAL WORDS OUT THE GUILT , SADNESS AND
REGRET FROM NOT SEEING YOU LIKE I WANTED TO SO ****ING MUCH ,
THEN THE PAIN OF NOT HAVING A CHANCE TO SAY "GOODBYE" TO THE MOST
BEAUTIFUL MOTHER COULD WANT, AND YES MUM I'M TALKING ABOUT YOUTO HOLD
YOUR HAND, TO SEE YOU SMILE , TO HEAR YOUR VOICE, WOULD MAKE MY LIFE MORE
WORTHWHILE. YOU TAUGHT ME HOW TO LIVE, BUT YOU NEVER TAUGHT ME HOW TO
LIVE WITHOUT YOU I MISS YOU SO SO MUCH MUM, BUT THE LOVE IN MY HEART FOR YOU , WILL MAKE SURE
YOUR LIFE , LOVE , WARMTH AND TOUCH , WILL LIVE ON FOREVER ,
IN ME I KNOW THAT YOU CHANGED ME , JUST FROM YOUR
PRESENCE...THATS'S HOW STRONG YOU WERE MUM I KNOW YOU HAVEN'T LEFT ME ,
FOR THE LOVE IN MY HEART REMAINS , YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO SUFFER AND YOUR
BODY WILL FEEL NO PAIN...... GOD TOOK YOUR HAND , AND MADE US PART , HE CLOSED
YOUR EYES , AND BROKE MY HEART ....FOR ALL THE TIMES WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER,
I WILL NEVER FORGET YOUR FACE.
THERE IS NO MOTHER ANYWHERE LIKE YOU,
NO ONE COULD TAKE YOUR PLACE.
IF ONLY I HAD KNOWN YOU WERE LEAVING,
I GUESS I EXPECTED YOU TO FOREVER LAST,
ALL OF THE DREAMS OF US IN THE FUTURE,
ARE NOW BUT MEMORIES OF THE PAST.
GOD TAPPED YOU ON THE SHOULDER,
HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO KNEW,
THAT YOU WERE GOING WITH HIM,
TO THE SKY SO BEAUTIFUL BLUE.
ALTHOUGH I MAY NEVER SEE YOU MUM,
ARJAY WILL BE BY YOUR SIDE,
HE'S GONNA HOLD YOUR HAND,
AND LEAD THE WAY,
FOR HE WILL BE YOUR GUIDE.....
I LOVE YOU MY MOTHER.....
DON'T TELL ME THAT YOU UNDERSTAND,
DON'T TELL ME THAT YOU KNOW,
DON'T TELL ME THAT I WILL SURVIVE,
HOW I WILL SURELY GROW.
DON'T TELL ME THIS IS JUST A TEST,
THAT I AM TRULY BLESSED,
THAT I AM CHOSEN FOR THIS TASK,
APART FROM ALL THE REST.
DON'T COME AT ME WITH ANSWERS THAT CAN ONLY COME FROM ME,
DON'T TELL ME HOW MY GRIEF WILL PASS,
THAT I WILL SOON BE FREE.
DON'T STAND IN PIOUS JUDGMENT OF THE BONDS I MUST UNTIE,
DON'T TELL ME HOW TO SUFFER,
DON'T TELL ME HOW TO CRY.
MY LIFE IS FILLED WITH SELFISHNESS,
MY PAIN IS ALL I SEE,
BUT I NEED YOU,
I NEED YOU YOUR LOVE UNCONDITONALLY.
ACCEPCT ME IN MY UPS AND DOWNS,
I NEED SOMEONE TO SHARE,
JUST TO HOLD MY HAND AND LET ME CRY,
AND SAY, MY FRIEND I REALLY DO CARE
Mom you mean the world to me
It’s hard to live without you ,You were always by my side
Through thick and thin you helped me

you encircle my dreams
in childlike wisps of breezes.
capturing every thought
like deep wintry freezes.
the memory of you
is still all too near.
your old blanket i have
such fragrance held dear.
and when eyes are set
upon a new day,
I remember in heaven
is now where you play.
