son what you going to do
with your life
now that you have
no money job
he said papa
I'm going to
leave this town
join up with the rodeo
and break them bulls down
Maybe even rope
me a stallion or
even a clown
Son you better
for theres no money
for bull riders
thrown to the ground
or being stepped on
by a horse or bull
weighing over eight hundred pounds
Papa I promise
Ill make you proud
of your rodeo cowboy when I'm done
not to be thrown or bucked off
to the ground
So papa please come
visit when our show's
for I'll be
the one riding high on
the biggest bull that's found
hanging on for just
eight seconds while I'm
listening for that bells sound
just kicking those sides
of horses and bulls
jumping up and down
with coming out your
top rodeo champion and
bull rider found

Cowboys in the Badlands
Out West, across the great divide
great open spaces oceans wide.
Beauty in these badlands does hide
everything fights us as we ride.
Last stop, was exciting wild Abilene
shot an hombre that was very mean.
Watched him bleed as he slowly died
his gal held him and loudly she cried.
Before, she had sworn love to me
next his dying love she swore to be.
Riding away fast, ahead of the Law
looking back, cloud of dust we saw.
My partner lit out on me last night
cried this was surely not his fight.
He turned back east galloping so fast
we had our time, had a damn blast.
Ahead the badlands beckon me on
this cowboy life sets me all alone.
Hot as hell the water miles ahead
A night's rest to clear my head.
Morning sun woke me to great heat
no bread, bacon and eggs to eat.
Precious water is in very short supply
always fleeing, I ponder just why.
No time to enjoy such pretty views
my path ahead, my life I must choose.
Avoiding Indians and the chasing men
forever alone with never a friend.
This beauty now I can slow to see
posse has surely given up on me.
Coyotes call , rattlesnakes do hiss
comfort of town I do sorely miss.
Found now, a dusty trail to old Mexico
across the Rio Grande I now go.
Far behind, hell's horses race after me
dancing with pretty senoritas I'll soon be!

Rise at first light.
This cowgirl enters up to ride this day.
She dawns her hat, for this is not any day.
Ready to pay her dues.
The sun will beat down,
hot and hard is how she'll ride.
Into the shoot we go.
The blood pumping, muscles quivering.
Ready to go!
The gate slams open.
Off we go!
My mustang and me,
to round that first barrel.
Away we go!
Rounding our second barrel.
Thundering down to that third barrel.
We round that barrel,
the dust will follow.
With a war cry,
We head down the long path home.
Followed by cheers and jeers,
she crosses the line!
Cowgirl is up and paid her dues.

they walked along
weathered, carrying their guns;
like the four horsemen…
down to the O.K.
guns blazing, bullets flying;
smoke clears, the strong stand…

Who am I?
Am I defined by what is near in sight?
Am I defined by what I have done,
Or am I defined by what I could become?
Perhaps I'm of no use.
To him, or her, or I, nor you.
Or perhaps I'm too misunderstood to be defined,
And it is something like understanding that comes in time.
And if to the world I'm never shown,
Yet in my own light I've grown and grown,
And so I can know no happiness but my own--
The reason for my smile, to you, will forever be unknown.
I do not pray for the world to know my name.
For it and verse; the letters are the same.
And if a man should find his sorrow in what he reads,
I pray his pain my words to keep.
Should his eyes rain on my page,
Better tears than storms of rage.
And if a man should find his sorrow in what he reads.
I pray his pain my words to keep.
And if to the world you're never shown,
Yet in your own light you've grown and grown,
And so you know no happiness but your own.
Let the reason for your smile, to you, only be known.

Spurs and Chaps and the Rodeo,
The Smell of Leather and Hay,
Lend a Romantic Excitement
To Being a Cowboy Today.
The Last of a Dying Breed,
These Cowboys Lead a Great Life.
They Travel All over the Country,
But the Majority Have No Wife.
There Isn't Much Room for Commitment,
Except to the Rodeo.
There's Something Way down Deep Inside,
Known as a Cowboy's Soul.
No One Else Can Understand
The Feeling He Has Inside,
And the Unique Excitement,
That Comes Before Each Ride.
Yes, He's a Rodeo Cowboy
His Life Is Lonely at Best,
But it Is in His Blood,
'Till the Day He's Laid to Rest.

Long miles of tedious journey,
Missing my darling honey.
Travelling impatiently, spend thousands of
Hope god will bless me with ma lucky soul
at this season.
Equatorial island exploring its amazed
beauty, glittering with immersed grasses.
Wrapped by queens necklaced small lake
aside, at the outskirts of dalhousie.
My heart dwelled into its god gifted
When the night lime lighted,
Millions of stars scattered around
As if its was a wondering boon.
Lucky enough for landing with my next
Eagerly waiting for my heart chaser,
Girl passed near by, few seconds later.
Flaming beauty mould my soul.
Topped with innocence, ready for my
Her chic appearance,
Her innocent appeal.
Strucking heart raised with high beats..
Awaited for our romantic date in ma
Frequency of our nature matched.
Stolen Eyes of each other were catched.
Strings of our heart whistled
Everything had happened miraclelously.
I rebelled the three precious words of
Accepting my red rose, She blushed.
At event of recreation, campfire were
Nobody around us, private moments
between we two spotlighted.
Playing guitar, she sinked with every beat,
That's the coincidence our eyes again
Hand in hand danced with the soothing
Sparkling smile on her face beamed.
Getting closer to her, because of her
Expecting the light around us to be dim.
The romantic moment again came,
Flaps of my soul opened for the grand
She looked too pretty in her gold lame
My heart awarded her an order of chivalry.
Don't know who are you, but baby you are
the one, I am in love.
You live in me, You are my love
I feel you in my heart,
You are my world, I just cant stay apart!
Please don't hesitate, please don't lie,
Whatever you feel, my heart can buy!
Angel of life, Its just you.
Completeness in life can't be without you.
Wanna Carry journey happily together.
Tickling nose, Queenly beauty of my white
Hold my senses, its caught by you.
Don't let be just memories, wanna feel
ecstasy of love towards you forever.
Promising to hold your hand throughout
life in this lovely weather.
Will be your shadow, because your pain
will be mine.
Its destiny that our heart clicked a
snapshot of each other's soul.
Stopping by my question, Will you marry
me, my Kindred Soul?

America the Beautiful
The heartland of America of peace and old farmhouses,
the country I read about as a young man it is still there
although news we are served is of riots and mass shooting.
Sturdy farmers in blue overall at the bottom of the road
have collections of old stuff from recent past things
collected for the love of it, but you can buy some if they
feel like selling, canny know the value of scrap metal
Nice roads in a green landscape and tall three, and no
police sirens scream around winding corners and bullets
do not fly through the air hitting a child.
This is America the beautiful, I will go there someday,
perhaps buy a rusty old Dodge that has been standing under
a tree for twenty five years-who cares- and talk to the old
farmer about this and the sorry life of city dwellers.

The pain I put in the ground.
For such a precious thing.
The family enjoys their meal.
They plant their leftover kernels.
And wait for me to tend to them.
An endless cycle in which happiness is born.

The legacy of a Cowboy,
Can be written in a song;
About the misty mountain passes,
Where the Cowboy’s life belongs;
About the days spent in the saddle,
Punching cattle and mending fence;
At home with mother nature,
Living life in his defense;
All the nights spent under stars,
With the campfire burning low;
Riding range on shifty heifers,
In the rain and blowing snow;
Icicles hang from his mustache,
As he pulls his coat in tight;
Steam rolls off his horse’s flanks,
Disappearing into the night;
He works until the job is done,
And is up long before dawn;
See the legacy of a Cowboy,
Lives on long after he‘s gone.

"What's your story?"
"you seem interesting."
I reply, "NOW." (Kwan$aba! Ha! Really,
often people become confused
by such a unique response
not this one...
she's a beauty
shiny minded stone
lives warm under veins
lacks definition of alone
tho solo she stands
tallest green blade
each time the oily blade passes above
she stays the same
tingling pulses exhale her pores
she'd rather sink
than have to think the way of worldly whores
malice skips her
no ripples in the lake
dripping from her face
sunshine slips across tangerine cheeks
gold flows throughout waves
sky clear eyes surprise those
choosing to be consumed
by her entice
hands free of envy
no webs to spin
she will divide you
or silly twisted games
though safe may escape you
baby of zero maybes
as clarity lent us its giant umbrella
her lipstick smacked my tongue
we never looked back

Your love pricks me like a rose each thorn grows but no one knows Your so full of
it as it shows so carry on now go on, go. I'm fed up with the phony and i'm
through with the tears, you couldn't pay me all your money to make up for those
years. Someone help me I feel faint how could I think he was such a saint and
worst of all I let me fall into a spiral down below. A magic called love carried
by the dove of someone I use to know.

~A Wooden Cross~
South of Lafayette on interstate 65
I saw a wooden cross.
The roadside monument,
weathered and grey,
was a tribute to a loved one
who lost his life in a car crash.
At 70 mph I only saw it for an instant,
yet it was time enough to see
the cowboy hat that proudly perched
on the weathered wooden cross.
I didn’t know the cowboy nor his wife.
I didn’t attend the funeral.
But for just an instant I felt
both the sorrow and the love that poured
from the weathered wooden cross
with cowboy hat on interstate 65.

And I'll be taking loot for mummy
And for my daddy who has a bigger tummy

Ode To Romanova - A Good Horse
Romanova is a good horse;
truly one of a kind;
Her story I will tell you
if so you are inclined.
She'd the look of a racehorse;
tall of stature, red of hue;
With Power and beauty;
I thought, a winner through and through.
But her mind had been a-scatter,
Headstrong, rambunctious and wild,
Until a bond we created
My God, it took a while.
An understanding grew between us,
Like no one else could do,
A Love and respect had blossomed
that was both strong and true.
One day she came onto the track;
With a gleam in her eye;
and a flare to her nostrils
But her odds, they were high.
She broke from the gate;
and ran like a train;
Passed horse after horse;
oh boy, did she gain!
The jockey said "Let's go, girl"
Her name all did call;
There she charged out in front;
Ahead of them all.
Stride after stride;
her lead grew down the lane.
She was first past the wire;
the wind blowing through her mane.
Prancing back home;
A proud look on her face;
Clearly she knew;
She was "Winner of the Race".
That sweet taste of victory
made her always yearn for more
To fly like the wind...,
That's what she had been born for
With each win she walked more nobly,
More confident, assured and satisfied.
The little-girl-scared, was now a champion,
We stood victorious together, she and I, side by side.

A Cowboy Is
There once was a cowboy name Joe.
Who took his girlfriend to a show.
The lights were turned low.
Her lips he did blow.
It just goes to show Joe did go!!!!

I'll cut you into little pieces,
push you down underground.
I'll let maggots feast on you,
just to see broken flesh.
I'm glad you understand my twisted self,
and you take part of my daily bread.
I'm going to hang you from
the highest star in the heavens,
burning your laughter from your lungs.
I'd be joyful, emotionless,
wreckage not even God Himself can undo.
Underground the maggots chew and chew,
hey girl there I see you.

The Morrisons had a baby boy
Marion was his name
But in the future he would change it
Cause he was destined for World Fame.
He would have a larger-than-than life image
A distinctive voice and walk
He would become an enduring Icon
Folks would listen when he’d talk.
Duke is what friends would call him
He would stand six feet four
He would epitomize masculinity
When he walked in through the door.
He appeared in various types of movies
But Westerns were his best
It was those most folks relate him too
Although he was good in all the rest.
He had a legendary presence
which to me reveals
How He symbolized and communicated
Americas values and ideals.
His lineage was Scots-Irish
And now I will explain
The legend that I’m speaking of
The Duke, of course, John Wayne.

there once stood a man who in dungarees trained,
all his horses to run with his denim shirt stained.
There were fresh jars of liquor and bushels of wheat.
There was a cowbell that clanged:" Time! Come and eat!"
There once was a girl who rolled free in the hay.
Then she saw a packed loft on her wedding day.
There once soared a fire that brought cries of: " Help!"
There was a whipping out back of a brazen young whelp.
He once had a large family. They left him, one by one,
as the red barn was peeling in the long summer sun.
There once was a prize mare who had pictures and praise.
There once stood a red barn. It was here in those days
There still stand two stones, where this man and his wife
became one with the land to which they gave their life.

I love my Mousey,
She lives in a field in BrushCreek, Tennessee,
Walking with her her of cattle,
As happy as she will ever be.
Without this there would be only she,
And i could make her as happy as me,
I miss her immensly, for thee i wish well,
For everyday i wish she wont sell,
And I could show her in the Dekalb County Fair,
I would sell never an ounce of her.
Hehe not even one of her little white hairs.
Even when all the way over there,
Mine she is for no one but me to share, if I do so happen to dare.
Cute as a button,
A button her nose may well be,
Where I first touched her sweet little body,
Not once but twice sweetly,
For wherever she goes I could spot her, along with her sister and mother.
Many a mile away, for she is not at all,
Not at all what you would say a little grayish thing.
But a heifer who grows daily,
Only to shove the motherly tears away.
In my eyes though, she will always be, forever and always, my baby girl, my sweetie,
my beautiful girl, my Mousey

“The flower of youth,” that’s what Ma said,
the day we packed the wagon.
She tussled my hair and planted a kiss
on my cheek and tin cans to the tail gate draggin’
My bride, my Peg, she hopped on aboard
while her Ma, Nellie, stood by bawlin'.
Dad stood by the farm house door
and Ole Red stood aside him howlin'.
We left from Pennsylvania aimed for Oregon
I’m not sure we woulda gone if we’d new,
all the loss a comin’ afore the shores of Avalon,
land of milk and honey, where apple trees are strewn.
Peg-a-my-heart, fair she was, and our baby she was carrying,
we’d lose that chil’, I’d lose my Peg, before we hit Missouri .
I sold the wagon, and bought them a stone, markin' the place I’d laid them
and off I went on a cattle drive a broken man in a hurry.
A cowboys life was all I had, a horse and my whiskey
and every night afore I’d sleep I’d sing “Oh, Peg-o-my heart…I miss ye”

You could be just a tri polite (Muttered Mario ),
There is a deep meaning in this life/
Yet where does one go to when the storms abound ?
Like to a crazy music store,
Mere music to abound !
They don't really like you !
So shut your hole !
A roll of the dice down at the corner store,
Tony was out in the back sleeping with a whore !
People these days don't even know/
Nor do they think they know,
The whole concept of the role,
Now shut your hole/
Vito was down at the bakery taking stock/
With a switch blade in hand and mop,
See he's an over weight lover from another brother/
Type of home boy lover !
The freak was a shoe shine boy delivering flowers on the side/
Now he's working for Tony at this free kin two bit dive/
Yet thank God that the rest of his friends our still alive !
Now wash those dishes and shut your hole/
Forget about looking outside at the rise of the death toll !

Thy brother, strong, straight and true,
to the core, his blood flows, fast and through.
I love him dearly, ever since his birth,
what an incredible gift from mother Earth.
Mad as a cut snake, I'd hate to cross.
You did? You C@#T! Ha Ha, your loss.
Boxer and Biker, to the very core,
F@#$%n crazy Outlaw.
His heart is enormous, as big as Ayres Rock,
the man is solid, no muppet could knock.
I love him to death,
till my last rattle of breath.
Not long now to go,
I will see him in time,
my brother, my brother,
dear friend of mine.

otra vez,otra vez`
I do, say and say again
I am the rock star of the ring
I risk my life again and again for fame,
Some might think of my passion
As just being poetic and practical
Or simply culture or unethical
However, nevertheless not when my life is on the line
Stronger than a herd of Buffaloes
Faster than the
Speed of a race horse,
He is now broken free of his corral
A streak of fury, rushes me
Despite my fear of dying,
My main focus is to
Take the bull down by its horn
I looked deep into his eyes,
I saw mingling of rage
I carefully swung the cape,
A taunt of furling red
Aiming for its horns
The crowd roars, while
The old ladies sob for the bull
The men cheers for
Salvatore the Matador
Nothing more stimulating than the ladies
with the beautiful smiles
The bull is going to die

Anguish taunts through a barbed wire fence with edged grasp
Actions in which human beings rebel against a holy God
Miss their purpose for their lives
Surrender to the prince of the power of the air more then God
Cause all of their deeds were evil!
An eclipse of the sun had tainted my inner vision
Push back the pain with radiant guide
Does this notion in thought come at any big surprise?
Weak willed tyrants from the flood of dispinsation
Shattered fragments loosed in gloom climatic abrasion
Parts unknown from the setting of the sun
Leading gullible women captive under the false cloak of compromise
Abortion on demand
When will they ever understand?
Blood shed in our streets
Evil tyrants from elected officials overly prideful taunt & pull!
We each our responsible for our actions before a holy God

Once I wore cowboy boots on an oil rig
And before that I was a Deputy, also known as a ‘Pig’
Prior to that time I was a normal guy, living life on the wild side
But before I did that, I signed a line; a line to instead of your life, give mine.
I was proud to put on a uniform that in turn was an automatic target
But attacks on New York, D.C. and Pennsylvania, were the events that would start it
Never again would my life be the same, no more thinking freedom was a game
Alas, yet again in 2011, we shall continue to send those terrorists, to their ‘terrorist heaven’

Mountain, trees, and animals

The frsh air bring forth calmness
A quiet serene a waits my soul
Red orange and violets
Represents God's glory
Flowers slowly rise with the sun
And water crickets sings songs of glory
Fresh water arises with the scent
Of of sweet savory of God's spices
